I chose to stay at Home2 because of previous excellent experiences at other locations. I was expecting the same quality spacious rooms, a working BBQ area, and a cozy outdoor fireplace. Unfortunately, this time was disappointing.

The room was smaller than expected, the BBQ area was dirty and poorly maintained, and the outdoor fireplace wasn’t operating. When I asked about it, the staff gave vague excuses. Additionally, one of the elevators was out of service. Overall, it could have been much better.

Rosa was an excellent breakfast host! She was so pleasant every morning. Front desk personnel were exceptional. Melanie set me up with my room exchange and joining Hilton. Staff excellent 100%!!! From the front desk, food and housekeeping SPOT ON!!

Good size room, great service. The cookies in the afternoon was nice. The breakfast was simple but good enough. The facility was very well maintained.

The coffee ran out every morning, but other than that, there isn't much I didn't like. Great work!

The staff were helpful, the rooms were clean, and the one minor mechanical issue in my room had someone sent to fix it before I even knew there was a problem.

It was ok, the oatmeal was good. The set up was nice. The sausage and coffee were good also. The room was very clean and smelled very nice. The kitchenette set up provided what was needed to eat inside the room.

Not enough lighting in the pool area. The pool room had a bad smell. The water in the pool could have been warmer as it was cold and snowing outside.

I liked the shampoo, body soap, and lotion. (I brought my own conditioner) The pillows are my favorite. The Hilton reservation customer service people are friendly, so was Danielle our front desk staff.

The room smelled like cigarette smoke and had weird burn marks on the carpet by the bed and window. The free breakfast sausage was weird. I went to get water for my coffee but juice came out instead.

there were a couple hillbilly dads doing cannonballs with the kids for two hours.. kind of turned a relaxing dip in the pool into a nightmare… I kept hoping they would smack into each other at one point, but it didn’t seem worth hanging out long enough to find out… I knew it was two hours because I could hear them performing Riverdance all the way back to their room… but it was nice that the pool was opened and everything was well maintained and once they entered their room, everything was quiet. Rooms were pretty soundproof

The staff and specially the manager Mr. Hussen are just amazing to deal with.. Tentative and extremely friendly to the staff and guests. The festivities always nice and broken and this is our 7 or 8 time staying here

Pool was dark and a little too much chlorine.

Breakfast was really good! Staff was very friendly. Roon was clean. Lobby was beautiful! Exercise room had nice equipment.

The sofa bed had a really thin mattress so our 11 yr olds couldn't sleep on it. We put the mattress on the floor and they slept like babies. 😊 Pool was too cold for adults but kids didn't mind.
