I arrived at the hotel after a long 24 hour journey, and from the moment I stepped in, I felt held and supported. I especially want to thank Aisha from the front desk, she was incredibly kind and helpful with everything I needed for my landing and first days. The whole staff was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. The hotel is also in a great location, within walking distance of a large mall where I could get everything I needed, and there’s a lovely park nearby as well. Thanks to both the warm hospitality and the convenient surroundings, I was able to settle in smoothly, rest, and take care of everything I needed. I’m truly grateful. 🙏🏽

The breakfast didn’t include many fresh vegetables, which I personally would have appreciated. But I understand that in most American hotels it’s not usually part of the standard menu, so that’s totally fine. It’s just something I missed a little after a long trip 😊

Our family had an amazing experience during our stay, and we can’t say enough good things about the incredible service, especially from Mona and Jimmy. From the moment we checked in, they made us feel welcome and completely taken care of. They truly went above and beyond to accommodate every need, making our time at the hotel stress-free and enjoyable. We were traveling as a family with a baby, and they made everything so much easier. They provided a clean, comfortable bassinet for our little one, and even helped us store breastmilk in the hotel freezer, which meant so much to us as new parents. It’s rare to find staff who are not only professional but genuinely caring, and Mona and Jimmy exceeded all expectations. The hotel was clean, spacious, and located in a convenient area that made getting around easy for our whole family. The atmosphere felt peaceful and safe, perfect for relaxing after a long day. We also really enjoyed the hotel breakfast, the eggs and waffles were a big hit with everyone in our family! If you’re traveling with a baby or have a big family, we highly recommend staying here. The level of comfort, care, and personalized service made this one of the best hotel stays we’ve stayed at. We’ll definitely be back whenever we are in Chicago again. And hey, if the deep-dish pizza doesn’t win you over, Mona and Jimmy’s hospitality definitely will!

Peaceful, quiet, orderly, safe, clean. Great breakfast.

Issues with Booking.com not completely reservations. Taking a screenshot was accepted then became a problem. I put in a lot of time to get it working properly to no avail and it worsened taking money out of my account then immediately putting it back. Staff could have assisted by then rather than focus on the lower price offered with staff who uses Booking.com. Yet wanted to focus on higher prices others pay. Not a good business practice.

The CLEANLINESS in and out. The corridors and lounge area smells amazing. The color theme of the furnitures. The interior. The location was great. Free parking and great breakfast! The staffs were very friendly and helpful.

Room service was slow and not done on the first full day stay unfortunately. The entire hotel smelled amazing except for the rooms. Inside the room the smell didn't feel great but not bad at all.

They gave us clean towels and whatever we needed. We appreciated it. Housekeeping was really nice to us. We thanked them. Our stay was good. They staff have been really helpful. The hotel is nice and clean. We are close to a lot of restaurants and the Woodfield mall.

We wish the beds were more comfortable. The bathroom were to small.

The location;nearness to airport, shopping, entertainment spots, dining options, quietness. The staff were exceptional, very welcoming, and management, too. Rooms are clean and spacious,with modern amenities with the things to make your stay comfortable. Breakfast was standard, hope to get more variety next time.

The swimming pool was closed, unfortunately. There are no water bottles in the room.

The entire place looked newly carpeted and freshly painted. Our room was nicely clean. The staff were very hard-working. Good breakfast with hot options.

The renovations were new but starting to crumble, which is a shame considering what they put into it.

I could hear other guests slamming their doors, so soundproof isn't the best, but they were all very quiet at night. Elevator was being fixed and the staff did inform us

Room were very nice but could use another table or a bigger one between beds. That said the room was clean and appear to have just been updated. Breakfast was great.

A little hard to get to but we found the way which was easy when we left to get back on the road.

This location is one, among several, within our hotel districts, all near where I live. I can work from my computer, so I like a little vacay lat these nearby places. My room was very spacious, with a big desk and leather chair, so I can work for hours there, w a little fridge and microwave in th same room.

My room microwave wasn't working,. Th plug is too far to reach th outlet on the wall. I requested maintenance assistance; they fixed the problem right away, when I was out doing errands, and none of my belongings, in my room, were stolen by any employees, when I told them it was ok for them to entery room, while I was out doing errands 😁.
