I liked the location. There was lots of food options and shopping close by. Mall being across the road, you could walk to a lot of places. Noon check out was helpful. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The hot Breakfast they provided was very good.

I wish that the pool and Hot Tub hours went later than 9pm as that was one of main draws to this particular hotel. We were only able to use once at night since we weren't back from visiting my son. I had thought the hotel was closer to his location but with traffic he was 45 min away. We also used once in the AM since we didn't know if we would be able to at night.

Conveniently located, loved having restaurants within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. As soon as you walk in it was evident that they take care of the place. The king size room was clean and comfortable.

Minor gripes- -the breakfast was hot and plentiful, but the eggs were not all that great as they were not real eggs. But, everything else was good. -The fitness room was a bit lacking with a couple of treadmills and a set of 50 lb dumbells. Yes-50 pounds each, lol. -The hot tub was out of service. Oh well.

The bed is very comfortable. Which in my opinion is key. The room was clean and tidy, so was the hotel in general. Breakfast has plenty of continental and warm options to please anyone. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. The location is walkable to Woodfield Mall as well as the Streets of Woodfield which have loads of shopping and restaurants if you don't have a car. There's plenty of shopping and restaurants just a bit further afield as well. It's close enough to O'HARE too. This was a repeat stay. We did not spend much time in the hotel except to sleep and eat breakfast 🥞.

Nothing really. Will just note that the bathrooms are dated but completely clean and fresh looking.

Staff accommodated my change to a different floor ... room was clean, shower was traditional hot water/cold water controls like the old days (didn't realize I missed this as most showers these days have one dial, not two) ... breakfast was decent as well and the location near the expressway and Woodfield Mall is good, and the building is set back away from busy streets.

The back door where people can smoke would be improved if smoking was not allowed at all.

Very pleasant stay overall. We were lucky enough to have the pool and hot tub to ourselves both days we were there and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It was also nice how early the breakfast opened and how many options were available. My family was surprised because overnight the parking lots really filled up but it was so quiet both nights we never would have guessed the hotel was so full. We didn’t hear and barely saw other guests.

The floor in the pool area could have been kept up a little better; there was a dirty bandaid and small pieces of garbage on the floor all weekend that was a bit off putting. I’m only adding this if I have to be knit picky and put something into this box however. We stayed over the weekend the first week of June and we saw housekeeping there quite late in the day so they were busy!

The staff was very helpful ( even though they didn't speak clear English, they tried their best to help answer my questions.) The hotel was kept cleaned and the breakfast was good for our on-the- run mornings.

The fact we had grown males in the swimming pool wearing just underwear instead of swim suits when there were small /young females already swimming.

Rooms very spacious, comes with a fridge AND microwave. The fountain was cool, the balcony above it is nice. And the hot tub is nice and I like that it’s has a 10 minute timer

Pool wasn’t open at 9 a bit after like 9:15. And the breakfast was eh. Egg and potato where fine what I would expect but to only serve bacon once and sausage the remaining days is ridiculous. I ended up settling for making a waffle but if I really wanted a waffle I’d make one at home the point of selecting a hotel with free breakfast is more food made and prepared ready to eat not having to make myself. Would’ve been nice for biscuits and gravy. I did like that there was a variety of drinks to choose from

The lobby was beautiful, and the breakfast was great, one of the better ones I've had. I loved that I was within a five minute walk of most places I wanted to go. Getting on and off the road was easy too, not to busy. Oh, and I liked that I could actually open my window and get a few minutes of fresh air here and there. The floors were nice too.

It was a shame the hot tub was out, which I understand that sometimes things go down, but it would be nice if you put out a notice so that I'm not expecting it. I still would have booked, but then I wouldn't have gotten let down. Honestly I think that's the only thing. Oh, the bathroom was a little uninviting because of the wall tile color with the floor color, outdated, but besides that the rest of the room is very aesthetically pleasing and up to date.

You cannot beat the location and staff. You can walk to the streets of woodfield. The theater is right there. The staff are so nice and even under the pressure of the elevator down and computer issues. They still kept smiling and were thoughtful of the customers. The breakfast people are also super helpful.

The beds were really firm. Way too firm and the elevator was out.

We stay here every year to celebrate Christmas with our grandkids. The hotel has a great pool and we are able to use the large open space off the lobby to play games and have a pizza party. They are SO friendly and accommodating.

Our heat wouldn’t shut off so it got really hot in the room. We just turned the heat off and on to try and control temp.
