Check in person (Alena?) was wonderful. Called me after arrival to see how the accommodations were. Breakfast was very good. Pool was clean and nice temperature.

Telephone in pool area was not working. I could hear the front desk talking and static, but she could not hear me. Eventally, towels came and a maintenance guy picked up phone and then just left.

The staff was amazing! Every single staff member we had contact with was friendly and professional.

I felt like our towels were washed even though we hung them up. I would rather have real drinking glasses in the room instead of plastic wrapped in more plastic.

Overall quality was great!! Clean rooms and comfortable beds! Great shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Very helpful!

The breakfast bar could use some improvements. Fairfield should add fresh fruits and perhaps reduce some of the bread. I bet a lot of health conscious travelers, like myself, would appreciate it. In the future, Id like to see cantaloupes, bananas, and maybe grapes!!! Also, during these very cold weather it'd be nice to keep the heat running longer and above 80. degrees.

Breakfast was pretty standard but overall good. Gets crowded fast, could use more space and seating for dining area.

Parking was free however it was definitely a parked lot as it is joined to another hotel and trying to find an open parking spot was difficult.

My family and I have stayed here a few times. It’s a newer hotel which is good. It’s also clean and modern. It does tend to be a busy hotel so it can be crowded at times, especially breakfast. Breakfast is good. The usual selection of hot and cold items. Like the workout room (screens on the treadmills) and the pool.

During non-breakfast times, the beverage station in the lobby would run out of hot water. I had to ask multiple times during the evening for it to get it refilled. Also tried to get cold water in the morning (post breakfast) from the same station only to find the container filled to the top with just ice. It would be nice to have a water bottle filling station available instead. Same goes for hot water. That way the person at the front desk wouldn’t have to keep going back on the kitchen, especially if it’s busy. —-The floor by the door to the outside in the stairwell could use some cleaning. Understand that this path was from an exterior door so there’s dirt from the outside that gets brought in, but it didn’t look like it was cleaned at all during the time we were there.

Breakfast was good, plenty of options and well kept temperatures. Check in/check out was very easy and staff were nice. I had a free upgrade for my room and the king suite was more then enough space for my stay. This hotel was also conveniently in a perfect location for most of our destinations. Overall I am happy with our stay and would book here again.

We stayed at this property earlier. The experience is good. the rooms are nice. Bathrooms are clean. The bed is comfortable. The neighborhood is clean and safe. We did not look for restaurants. Not sure if there are enough restaurants close by. Highways access is easy.

It was very clean, comfortable and affordable for our 2 day stay. The workers were really nice as well.

I wish they had more of a variety for breakfast but overall it was was still good.

I really liked the room setup with the little closet not so close to the doorway was different and they were very accommodating because I really wanted an adjoining room for our kids and they made it happen.

The pool could've been a little warmer.

Five year old Hotel, that meets requirements and has a good value for the price.

Breakfast has still not a good choice, BUT!!! they changed from plastic to washable plates and knife/fork. Great. Thank you!
