They gave us clean towels and whatever we needed. We appreciated it. Housekeeping was really nice to us. We thanked them. Our stay was good. They staff have been really helpful. The hotel is nice and clean. We are close to a lot of restaurants and the Woodfield mall.

We wish the beds were more comfortable. The bathroom were to small.

The location;nearness to airport, shopping, entertainment spots, dining options, quietness. The staff were exceptional, very welcoming, and management, too. Rooms are clean and spacious,with modern amenities with the things to make your stay comfortable. Breakfast was standard, hope to get more variety next time.

The swimming pool was closed, unfortunately. There are no water bottles in the room.

This location is one, among several, within our hotel districts, all near where I live. I can work from my computer, so I like a little vacay lat these nearby places. My room was very spacious, with a big desk and leather chair, so I can work for hours there, w a little fridge and microwave in th same room.

My room microwave wasn't working,. Th plug is too far to reach th outlet on the wall. I requested maintenance assistance; they fixed the problem right away, when I was out doing errands, and none of my belongings, in my room, were stolen by any employees, when I told them it was ok for them to entery room, while I was out doing errands 😁.

The hotel was very nice, there are signs that there could be some freshing up but overall the hotel was clean and the staff was great. I got in early, and since the room I was going to stay in was ready, I was able to check in early, which really helped me out. There was a nice breakfast of waffles, biscuits and gravy, and cereal. I couldn't have asked for more. This is a great value compared to the other hotels in the area, and for sure, I'm coming back next time.

Room were very nice but could use another table or a bigger one between beds. That said the room was clean and appear to have just been updated. Breakfast was great.

A little hard to get to but we found the way which was easy when we left to get back on the road.

i reached there around 1:00pm and manager at desk name "Marilyn" told me i am little early as check in time is 3:00pm which is right but upon my request as i drove too long she showed me 2 rooms on ground level and i chose 1. Room was clean with fridge and Microwave and TV. Washroom bulb wasn't working and they replaced in 5 minutes. Marilyn was very courteous and friendly manager. Room was clean. Location was perfect. They also served breakfast (no egg) in hotel lobby so it is no longer Grab & GO breakfast. Booking.com should update this.

They need to do little upgrade with Washroom tub and toilet. little outdated and wasn't clean as per our expectations. People talking too loud in hallway OR in lobby during late Night OR early morning which little bother us. IF you need a quite room, take 1st floor OR 2nd floor room not ground level. also except Marilyn other staff especially a female name "Deshani" kept talking on phone with her other staff member and had me wait for 10 min for a quick 10 sec query about Ice Dispenser.

The place was really clean, it seems newly remodel. The breakfast was great.

I didn't like the fact they wanted me to pay extra for shuttle services. I forgot an item in the refrigerator, called to pick it up they said they not find it.

Lin and the entire front desk staff are very helpful. Ice cold AC, free coffee and large rooms next to Woodfield Mall make this a nice locale.

Renovation going on along 1st Floor. Smell from work being done is faint, but apparent. Mattress a little "lumpy" but firm pillows made up for slight discomfort

Enjoyed nearby park, At night there were loud cars motorcycles racing on nearby roads. Not used to screaming vehicles in middle of the night

I’m lactose intolerant so couldn’t eat breakfast items because I wasn’t sure if they had milk products

Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Location was close to the venue we were visiting.

Check-in was slow. Hallways were clean but had a very loud cigarette smell. Room smelled like syrup.
