The entire ambiance was so beautiful. The rooms were great also, very spacious.

The vent wasn’t working properly in the bathroom, but we didn’t fret…lol. However, the bathroom was very clean and spacious as well. We definitely enjoyed the large walk-in shower. For breakfast, I was advised that we needed a slip that showed we payed for breakfast in order to eat or we had to pay for it out-of-pocket. We didn’t get the slip during check-in so I went to ask the receptionist and she informed us we didn’t pay for it at check-in but I was sure I paid for it when I booked the stay. I wish we could have eaten breakfast in which I did pay for previously and more should have been done to accommodate us during our stay.

The hotel location is perfect for shopping. Woodfield Mall, Legoland are close to the hotel as also other shopping places. The choice of restaurants which are all nearby. The rooms are all nice and modern. A nice bar to finish the evening. Also, the possibility to use the outdoor pool with a nice relaxing sitting area is perfect. Next to the Hotel you have the possibility to do outside activities such as Basketball, walking ! Specially we also liked the family atmosphere. We visit in the last 21 years this hotel and we were never disappointed.

Well the team at the front desk changed. Young people. Which weren't so friendly and helpful as we used to have before

Location and staff were great

The room itself was fine but as a female traveling alone, I really don’t care to be in a room that has a connecting door to another room. I could’ve requested to not have a room like that, but didn’t think about it at the time, not the hotels fault. Also, there was a very sick child in the adjacent room and her coughing kept me up all night, so that was a little bit of an issue. Also room svc was VERY expensive. $57 for 2 glasses of wine and very small, terrible pizza

Great breakfast value....three elevators...good swimming pool and jacuzzi Very cold AC in the summer We loved it. Plenty of shampoo and body soap in shower. Coffee maker in room with coffee and mini fridge, Good experience Very nice big open lobby lounge with ample seating to hang out.

Check in....one of our rooms was not quite ready and the first room we were given was not cleaned at all. The mainds had not even been there yet so we were a bit surprised when we opened the door to the room. The front check in staff promptly gave us another room. Very kind. No problem really.

Very comfortable and quiet in our room, even though the hotel was sold out with a large wedding and sports tournament bringing in guests. We all slept great!

Nearly didn't get the double room we requested, but then a more experienced hotel clerk made it happen, and also offered us free snacks from the lounge as compensation foe the extra time it took at check in.

This hotel is always busy and that's good. They host a variety of banquets and conferences which means they keep it up to standard. It's always been a good place to stay in the Schaumburg area.

It's not that I didn't like it, but our room backed up to the banquet tent outside. You could hear the music, but the volume was definitely turned down by 11pm.

The location had two swimming pools and a hot tub. A workout room was also a bonus! The staff was nice and attentive. The location is close to the Woodfield mall and they have a free shuttle to go to the mall!

There is not much improvement on the stay. We had a hard time finding water fountains to fill our water bottles at first. They have a very nice water dispenser in the workout room. The food option in the hotel is a bit pricey.

Loved the location & modern style. Everything was very up-to-date, clean, and presentable. The bed was also very comfortable as well.

There were no adult swim hours for the pool and hot tub. Every night the pool was crowded with little kids and my girlfriend and I had no way to relax. They should at least add adult swim hours for an hour or two. The pool was also needing some shock...the water was getting filmy & gross.

Everything about my stay. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. My room was clean and very comfortable. I especially liked that there was a restaurant on site that was open on Christmas.

There could have been more options for breakfast. All the meat options were pork, and I don't eat pork.

Check in was extremely easy. I had my 7 month old kid with me and was provided a crib at no charge. Staff was friendly the restaurant inside the hotel was good. I honestly have no complaints
