There was some form of mixup between booking.com and the hotel. Juan was excellent in working through the problem and providing us a room, especially since most of the hotels in the area were sold out. Really appreciated the customer service. Very new hotel. Better than average breakfast that most hotels at this price level offer (Variety was pretty standard, but food (bacon, sausage, potatoes, etc.) were of higher quality). Bright and spacious gym. Not a lot of equipment, but good space. Staff was excellent. Housekeeping very friendly and professional. Overall, really pleased.

Hotel seems like it is still trying to sort out some "new issues." For example, there is only one ice machine in the hotel located on the third floor, even though there are spots for a machine on each floor. One gets the impression they just haven't arrived yet to install. The gym could have more equipment due to ample space. Maybe already ordered, but not arrived. Given the challenges of starting new, the staff seems like they are really trying to accommodate any way they can. To me, none of these issues are show stoppers. We would stay here again.

The breakfast was one of the best "free breakfast" I have ever had.

I loved the staff that checked us in. However, I did not like the morning staff the next day. The first man helped us and was so kind and gave us some information. Then the next day, the other staff acted like what he told us was wrong. I was a little confused about what the truth was.

Staff was very professional, courteous and friendly. The place was very clean. Breakfast was excellent.

Needed to have on closed caption for the TVs that they had on. Bed was a little hard. Would have liked an extra chair to sit in our room.

I am a stickler for bathrooms! I was so thorough impressed with the bathroom that I took pictures and sent them to my husband. The first thing he said was, "I know that you are in heaven right now." It was spacious and well laid out.

I don't think there was anything that I didn't like. Everything was perfect!

As soon as we walked inside we were greeted wonderfully by the front desk staff. I was explained in full detail everything about the hotel and amenities. My room was sparkling clean and the fact that the had brand name soap, lotion, body wash was amazing!

Pricey, in the end its a new holiday inn with all the bells and whistles, three nights can get up to 1500-2000 with a family. But thats the costs of a clean, fully staffed hotel with all the new stuff.

Our bed was squeaky. Every time we rolled over or got in or out of bed it squeaked loudly. I didn’t complain until morning because I didn’t want to have to get changed out of my pajamas if they sent someone up but they definitely need to fix that!!

Close to where I needed to go Great restaurant that front desk staff recommended close to the hotel. Morning breakfast offered a full line of proteins and carbs

Newness. We liked the energy saving feature.

Breakfast was fair. Cold and some was overcooked. Very disappointed the pool was not open. This is why I selected this hotel.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great in the morning. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

The people upstairs partied all night and made sleep difficult.
