I talked with a female employee and she told me it would be cheaper to book the room through booking.com. I told her that I was doing that but I couldn't book a room with 2 beds. She told me to call them back, book the room, and then call her back with the confirmation number. So I did that. She confirmed that when the reservation came in she would change it to a 2 queen beds. I called back that same day about 4 P.M. and talked with a male employee to confirm my reservation for 2 queen beds. He stated that the reservation hasn't came in yet but he confirmed we had a reservation for 2 queen beds for Friday and Saturday. We got their Friday night and had a reservation for 1 king size bed! My husband and I both have bad backs and chronic body pain and can't sleep together so he got the bed and I slept on a cot for 2 nights! We have stayed here before but will not stay again. Nothing was done about the inconvenience of our stay!

This hotel is in a fantastic location in Schaumburg very close to all major services like restaurants, banking, grocery, and convenience stores. It was extremely close to the freeway and had ample parking. Room was excellent and staff was friendly.

The breakfast was very much lacking in terms of healthy food options. The coffee tended to run out quickly in the morning and did not refill as quickly as needed. Shower tended to flood a bit outside onto the bathroom floor. Internet was a bit spotty at times.

The breakfast was very good the variety assured we were not bored with the food over our week stay. We truly enjoyed the pool and the staff was helpful. The pool was very well maintained, plenty of towels and tanning chairs: the environment was inviting

I thought it was a Radisson as in the chain but arrived and learned that was not the case. The cleaning was only once every 3 days but they cleaned it as soon as I indicated I wanted the room cleaned. The room, especially the bathroon was weather worn. The bathtub/shower is in desperate need of replacement.

Beds were comfy. Shower was nice. Refrigerator and microwave were nice to have.

Two of the outlets in the room didn't work. Bulb was blown in one of the lamps. Key card had to be reset 5 times. Other than that, it was great

The hotel has large rooms and comfortable beds. Everything works but is dated, it needs renovation. Conveniently located to O’Hare, about 25 minutes it is convenient to dining.

The complimentary breakfast isn’t even worth going to.

Location and it was quiet.

Limited staff available during our stay presumably because of the holiday. There was only one staff member present and often there was a sign posted that the front desk attendant would be back soon. The water was extremely hot, So caution needed to used when washing hands or bathing. The outdoor trash cans were overflowing and some trash had blown onto the front grounds area. Once again it had to be due to the limited staff. The desk attendant basically had to cover several positions, but he was very nice and maintained to the best of his ability.

Rooms are spacious. Shower and bed were great. Hotel is a bit worn out. Carpeting is old, some furniture needs replacing. A good bargain for airport parking and shuttle. Staff I encountered were very accommodating.

It was beautiful and the location was perfect. The staff was very nice.

Only one elevator working. Bar and restaurant were not open yet. Only have two carts for baggage and could not find them at checkout.
