The breakfast was vast and delicious. The roll-in shower was great, and the shower pressure was good. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. There is plenty of room to hang and put away clothes. There were plenty of options in the fitness center. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The cookies and coffee and free water available in the lobby was a really nice touch. And I love that there was an actual freezer.

The only thing is there is a sharp right turn in the handicapped room that can be tricky to navigate with a wheelchair. The stairwell could be cleaner. But if you are using the elevator, then there is no issue.

The staff was wonderful. I got there before check in and they allowed me to store the bag so I didn't have to drag it around with me. They took my food order that arrived so the driver didn't have to wait. The room was spacious and the bed and couch comfortable. All of the guests were very friendly as well. 24 hour coffee and tea available in the lobby.

The hotel is showing its age. One of the lights in the ceiling in the room was not fully in. There is a TON of chlorine in the hot tub water, made my eyes sting along with several other people. They're still going through construction and the fitness center was only half available.

Staff were extremely nice. The rooms very very nice.spacious and updated. Breakfast was very good the hotel was a good fit for our needs/family. I thought the price was very reasonable for the size of the rooms and having a good pull out couch for children . Again the staff were extremely nice and helpful. Also it is so mice to have water and coffee in the lobby

They were doing construction and the signage was very bad.get professional signs made .I was not Informed of the construction and had to look around for the entrance to use. Not a good look when u pull up and there looks to be crime scene tape at the entrance. Also no bar where u could get a cocktail. But I heard they are getting it in the future

Newly renovated. Room HVAC works great. Wonderful welcome staff. Attentive breakfast staff with more choices than typical. Signature chocolate chip cookies offered at a Hampton!

Not quite a negative, but-->Need grain options to offset so many white flour, no fiber choices such as the bagels, pancakes, toast, muffins, and dyed red waffle mix (pure dessert with syrup-base, sugary strawberries, whip cream, chocolate chips and chocolate syrup if you want that in the morning)!!

First of all, we learned upon checkin that booking.com booked us a handicap acceptable room. Check in person stated this is common practice by booking.com. This resulted in a delayed and confusing checkin. We thought we had resolved this error only to find our assigned room was indeed a handicap accessible room. While we decided to keep the room we found it lacking in counter space and storage in the bath. Also it seemed smaller than rooms we had stayed in during previous stays at the Marriott now Hampton Inn. Desk personnel, namely, Shyvonne, Suzy and Carmen were friendly and helpful when we interacted with them. Housekeeping, after several requests, replaced some of our room linens which we used to mop up water from the handicapped shower. We were very pleased with quality and selection of the complimentary breakfast buffet prepared and served by Jose. Kudos to his conscientious efforts! During checkout we recommended that management consider washing the exterior of all windows since they are very dirty from lack of attention by previous owners. booking.com's booking of a handicap accessible room which we had not requested

The breakfast was good. There was a variety of food to choose from, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and being renovated. The renovations were downstairs; however, they did not interfere with anything.

I was satisfied with the stay there. I do not have any complaints. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom facility was clean. The room size was great.

The room and bed were amazing. The king suite with French doors had the room temperature just right. I would stay again with a loved one for sure.

The parking at night is very sketchy. I feared being followed in through dark parking lot a couple of times. There were suspicious drivers parking next to me about 2 times and I did let the front desk know. Secondly, my room was at the end of a hall by an exit door to the stairwell which was kinda spooky at first but it didn't bother me too much.

Location, great breakfast and great facilities. Used it as base to explore around Chicago

Bit uncomfortable if you are 3 adults as the second bed is a sofa bed and can become uncomfortable for 5 nights.

The room set up was fantastic. The in-room amenities were top notch. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean, newly remodeled. Close to everything we needed.

The entrance not being prominent due to the area it was built. Arriving at night made it a bit more difficult to figure out what side of the building it was the entrance.

Very updated and spacious suite with microwave, fridge/ freezer. Nice grill restaurant in lobby area, nice breakfast area too. Free breakfast and parking made it so user friendly. Location for hockey rinks was great as well!
