Beds were comfortable. Rooms extremely clean. Staff was nice and helpful.

Hotel is a Holiday Inn/StayBridge Suites combination. Was a little confusing when it came to GPS and Lyft/Ubering since there is a Holiday Inn right across the street. Also note that if you are staying at the Holiday Inn you don’t get access to the free breakfast which was kind of a bummer. I was under the impression we had access to it. We went to go get breakfast (thinking it was included) and were told by a staff member that the breakfast was only if you had reservations through StayBridge.

Prompt airport shuttle service. Easy check in. Excellent restaurant on site. Comfortable clean room, good shower. A nice gym and good pool. Good Places to eat within a short walking distance. A good mall a 10/15 drive away.

We booked with breakfast but at the restaurant we were only allowed to have the full American from a full menu. We weren’t even allowed to choose something to the value ($14) or less. We had to choose the American and if we wanted extra we paid for that. In saying that the food was excellent and the coffee was lovely. There was a little ‘shop’ with food and drink and basic necessities payable at reception - prices were high. The room had bare basics re drinks and toiletries but these were good nevertheless. There wasn’t a lot of info with regards to taxis etc but that could be because most people in America drive or hire cars.

Front desk staff was exceptional. Lina specifically surpassed all expectations and treated us like we were famous. They turned a rough travel day around by caring for us even before we had checked into the hotel. They helped us get dinner after almost every restaurant at closed. They made check-in so easy. The decor of the lobby and the rooms were so nice! Modern and welcoming.

The breakfast was not a buffet, but a meal ticket at the lobby restaurant. The quality was fine but no selection was allowed: the ticket was only valid for one predetermined meal where we prefer the wide selection of the usual buffets.

We needed a place to sleep during a 12-hour layover in Chicago so we arrived at 10pm and left the next morning at 6:30am. The room was large and comfortable, bt we didn't experience much of the hotel - we only slept there and we slept well.

We arrived just before 10pm and the hotel restaurant closes at 10pm. My teenage son wanted dinner, but the menu is very limited and pricey. In the end we decided not to order food there, but some less expensive, light meal options would have been ideal, even at 10pm. As an airport hotel, people arrive at all hours and there isn't an alternative to get food nearby that I could see.

Our king bed room was quiet, modern, and huge with lots of room to move around. The TV was also huge and had many channels. Comfy bed and wonderful bedding. The bar and coffee lounge were both great, and the breakfast menu was exceptional. Only a 5 minute ride from the airport in the shuttle. And Portillos Italian Beef is right next door!

The airport shuttle van does not pick up at the International terminal, even if you call and request it. You can only get on the shuttle at terminal 2, and that's a long way to walk after flying for 12 hours. We chose to take a taxi.

Staff was lazy and did not keep their word. Nothing around to get something to eat. Got ripped off by a cab driver. Charged $17.00 for a 2.8 mile trip to the outlet mall.

Holiday Inn hasn't disappointed me ever, and this one is the same. They share a building with Staybridge Suites, which confused my Uber driver, but didn't affect anything. Hotel staff was friendly, check-in was simple and quick. Elevator was always fast and reliable. The bed was so comfy and I fell asleep almost instantly. Airport shuttle was on time and the driver was super friendly!

The water pressure in the shower was horrible. That is my only complaint.

As for the rooms, they were not only spacious but also impeccably clean and thoughtfully modernized, making for a truly comfortable stay. The staff's warmth and attentiveness truly enhanced my stay. Not only were they incredibly kind, but they went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Their personalized recommendations for activities in the city and nearby attractions added an extra layer of enjoyment to my trip, making me feel like a valued guest from the moment I arrived.

When we called from the airport to get info on the shuttle, we were told there was none. The next morning, I saw the shuttle leaving with guests from the hotel. Good news- there was a shuttle- unfortunately, not good info from the employee that answered my phone call. Also- the door bolt on our room did not work and the toilet base was loose.

Perfect location, comfortable, clean rooms, friendly staff, easy check in/check out.

I did wait 75 min. for the shuttle to pick me up at O'Hare arrivals. No explanation given. I saw many other hotel shuttles come multiple times while I waited for the one from this hotel and then I was lucky to get a seat in a completely full and crammed in van. Luckily the morning shuttle (5:30 a.m.) was on time and easy.
