The room was nice and big, the bathroom was large and well-equipped, and the beds were super comfy. There was a tv built into the mirror in the bathroom as well which I thought was pretty cool

The mini-fridge we started with had some issues and our food ended up spoiling over night (which was partly our fault because we didn't check to see if it was working after the repairman looked at it), but they switched it out for another one the next day. We also had issues with our door though and went to the desk a couple times after realizing the door battery was dead and it wasn't our key cards. There also were not any water fountains/water wasn't always accessible. The vending machines were completely empty once the regular facilities were closed and I ended up drinking melted ice from the ice machine in the hall because I didn't want to pay the $6 for the glass included in the room

The smell as soon as you walked through the door was amazing! The lobby was clean and everyone was friendly.

There were a couple of Indian wedding happening and it was soo loud when I got into the hotel and into my room. I had to ask for another room because the guest were partying in their rooms also. But I was able to be moved to a corner unit and it was very quiet I was able to get a great nights sleep.

This location is beautiful and cozy. Somehow every part of the building feels like a very lovely living room that is decorated perfectly. Our room was very nice, clean, organized and comfortable. All of the spaces in the entire convention center felt welcoming.

I didn't have breakfast at the hotel (ate at expo.) I loved all the interesting seating types and all the locations there were for solitude, 2 to 3 people chatting area and group gathering.

The room contained 2 beds and a sofa. One of the beds was really close to the wall. Why was vacuuming done outside my door, at 1:30am?

I love this hotel and convention center. The entire facility is clean, beautiful/modern design throughout, convenient with location to local shopping as well as restaurants, Starbucks & snacks bar inside the hotel.

The property was clean and beautiful and the staff were fantastic! From Albert our shuttle driver to the front desk staff and bartenders we had a fantastic experience!

We loved it all and will be back!

I did not realize there was free breakfast the staff never informed me.

I would of like a spot for families to enjoy themselves and kids could play with such a large venue it's possible.

this is one of our favorite hotels it’s close to our favorite shopping it has wonderful amenities and it’s beautiful inside and the rooms are amazing the hotel is absolutely clean and well decorated with artwork and classy furniture it’s just beautiful.

Staff was great. Room was spacious and comfortable.

The shower kept going cold seemed like limited hot water.

The entire lobby, restaurant area is gorgeous and unique. So many seating areas, each individually designed, to meet in or simply sit alone with a book or your computer if you have to work.

Truly the only complaint I have is that the doors connecting to the events center are not set up with automatic openers, thus not handicap accessible.
