The staff were friendly and helpful. The lobby / bar area was inviting with a pool table and board games. There was inclusive coffee available for guests. The rooms were clean and spacious. The location was ideal for the purpose of our visit. All in all the hotel had a nice vibe and was good value for money.

There was nothing we didn't like and we would happily return again. One small thing that could be improved is that some of the tiles in the pool were a little grubby and could do with a clean.

Didn’t like breakfast delivered to room only. Options couldn’t be considered breakfast. When checking in, request to stay in same room not addressed. When asked about it he then read the request & stated room was not available. Changed room to closest option. Why ask for comments if they’re not going to be read??? Had to charge a bottle of water to our room because front desk didn’t have change for a $10. Bar does not open until 5 & check in at 3. After traveling it would be nice to relax & have a drink before rushing on to the next activity that brought us there.

The room is very clean and spacious and the location is perfect for us. The check in/out process was very smooth. The blockout window did a great job to keep the light out. It also blocks out the noises from the airplanes.

You can't really hear the outside noises, considering the location of the hotel is near the airport. However, the door blocks the sounds quite poorly from hallways. So you could hear every single door opening/closing and chatters from hallways.

The location was convenient but not much of a view. The room alone overrides the view and the hotel itself. I wish I was able to stay longer because the bed and shower was lovely. For most, I would highly recommend staying at this hotel, and even for myself but in other locations! There was nothing wrong with the location of this Aloft, which was very quiet. Even with it being pet friendly! The staff was super nice and accommodating. 10/10 would recommend!

The only thing I didn’t like was that unfortunately my stay was too short and I wanted 😆to stay longer ( which is not their fault)but it was a bit pricey but with this place I couldn’t complain because the hotel is nice. So no real complaints over here.

Great hotel staff and it was a clean hotel!! It’s conveniently located off the high which makes it easy for us to get in and out of the hotel.

Breakfast was not complimentary and we had to order for them to prepare it for us. That means more time planning to come down early and have breakfast.

We stayed for 3 nights in this beautiful apartment. The location is excellent. The room's clean, very bright and roomy. The building itself is brand new and extremely well maintained. We thank you to the concierge of Pierce Boston (Viviana snd friends) as they really assist us in everything and extremely helpful.

The check-in staff of Sonder itself was not helping too much. He barely knows everything. I will definitely come back and stay in this apartment in the future.

I absolutely love this property. The staff is amazing, the hotel itself is trendy and the rooms are awesome. Can’t say enough about this property. Everytime i stay, it’s a 10/10

Well, i tried the breakfast burrito one time and it was hard as a rock. Outside of that, i love this property and the location.

very thin walls between rooms, sometimes it prevents you from resting because you hear everything they do in the neighboring rooms

The hotel and room were beautiful. Very clean. Staff wonderful.

We had handicapped accessibility with a walk-in shower. The shower was great but flooded the bathroom floor each time it was used, even for short showers.

I loved the design of the lobby and the rooms. The lobby was a nice place to sit and hang out and have some food. The room was cozy and quirky and fun!

The food from the restaurant could have been better.
