Very nice breakfast with attention to multi-cultural food too, from salsas to miso soups and rice, in addition to eggs, bacon, potatoes, fruit, yogurts, breads, donuts, hot and cold cereals, etc. Coffee was a bit weak/wattery. Juices were nice. Overall, good value for those needing a place prior to a flight from O'Hare or for doing business in the west suburbs of Chicago.

We came in very late, having driven 7 hours from western Wisconsin. We'd have loved a more energetic reception, but we imagine that staff may have been as tired as we were at 2am. Sadly the hot water was not terribly hot at that hour either, but it was nice and warm in the morning. The main thing that I do not like about this chain is their taking a hefty deposit and then making excuses about the customer's bank holding the money long after check out. There ought to be a way, including the option of a cash deposit, to avoid any 3rd party's making money on the money.

Very clean property that was perfect for our family’s needs. The room was comfortable and clean, same as the bathroom. The front desk staff was nice and helped when we needed it. For some reason our keys would work for a few hours and then stop working, but it wasn’t a huge issue for us. The pool area is nice but small. There were A LOT of families there and keeping up with towels for the staff (which seemed very small) was tough. The pool area was clean enough but the equipment was all rusted and old, and by the end of the night the water was fairly cloudy. Breakfast the next morning was exactly what we needed, but things moved fairly slow with the amount of people staying (which is understandable for a weekend on spring break). The location to this hotel was great, we were able to walk across the lot to grab dinner from the bar next door, which was affordable and really good. Overall, great stay for our family and its needs.

Absolutely everything, the daytime front desk girl was absolutely amazing. Also Tammy and I had a fun time when I explained I was switching to them at last minute we laughed at what I experienced. Everything very clean well organized, breakfast was good and the gal working there was awesome too.

In all honesty, there was nothing I didn't like. But if I had to say something I would say that ice machines on all floors would have been nice. The first night they were very busy and whomever checked out emptied the ice machine so we couldn't get any for awhile.

Breakfast is awesome. Lots of selections. Food was fresh and plentiful. Rooms are really good size and very comfortable. We've stayed here a number of times and will return anytime we are in the area. Consistently good value

There was a long black hair on the conditioner bottle in the shower. Neither one of us have long black hair so it either was left over from the last guest or housekeeping. Found little white pieces of paper on the carpet. Looks like it was missed while cleaning

Very clean pool was kept up breakfast was great good choices very clean the employee was always cleaning and wiping things down always available to ask questions too. We never had to ask to refill things the employee always made sure everything was filled. The employee at check in (I wish I had asked her name) was very friendly and accommodating. She answered any questions I had. She made sure we were comfortable and put me on a quiet floor so I could sleep without interruption.

Everything was a 10 no complaints

It was clean, well-lit inside & outside, good location & nice amenities. Beds were comfortable. Room was nice. Breakfast was great.

They described have coffee, fruit & cookies in the lobby. There was only coffee/tea the 3 days I stayed there. Someone said the pool water was not warm. Hallway carpeting was a little warn.

Location is good for work, and some of the staff is helpful. The breakfast is good.

Rooms are small considering it is in the suburb. I thought this hotel is newly built, but it feels a bit rundown. The hot tub was not working. The odd number rooms have a higher window and feels stuffy and darker.

Front desk lady was very welcoming at check in which is so nice. Rooms were nice and comfortable. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub! Breakfast was good ! Really good cranberry juice to start the day! Enjoyed our stay! Thanks!

Pool area just needed a few windows open or better ventilation throughout . Was a bit "stuffy". Enjoyed it still!

Close to a wide range of restaurants of varying fare, price and dining experience. Cefalu Seaside Sicilian restaurant is fabulous. Elly’s Pancake House out front serves excellent family friendly fresh cooked breakfast.

The adjacent event center, sports bar and Cefalu at the end of the complex all compete for the same parking. Friday and Saturday nights were a little tough. Sunday was better.

Everything clean and comfortable

Members of a wedding party were staying there and they had their after-party in the patio and they didn't let us sleep until 5 am and no one said anything to them, that's the only reason I don't give it a 10.
