The staff was very nice, and helpful, specially the young lady who was at the front desk the day of my arrival, unfortunately I didn’t write her name to mention her. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good.

Great staff room and breakfast

Both my son's cut their feet in the pool area. They filled up the hot tub and did not finish the concrete. Due to that they both cut up their feet pretty badly. I also had pain from that area roughing up my feet

Located right in the area we needed to be- it was an excellent location. Breakfast was great! Several choices and was kept stocked! even accommodated us with tableware for our takeout pizza.

room fridge did not work well.

It was very clean ,very nice until the elevator broke down and had no way except the stairs to get things back in the car !! Front desk did it offer much help ,no freight elevator ! My husband has COPD and struggled to go up and down the stairs ,we have a dog traveling with us so I stayed in the room so he would not bark and loudly !! The front desk let him on the elevator with a luggage cart ,but you can only get off when the button is pushed on the outside ,so I called again and the phone kept ringing so I ran down with the dog to get him off the elevator ,I walk past the front desk and two employees are standing chit chatting at the front desk !!!

The room was nice, beds comfortable & breakfast was adequate. The staff was accommodating & friendly.

Second & third shift staff was often MIA at the front. I could hear them in the back area of the front desk. Sometimes, they would come out, sometimes, not. Ventilation in the bathroom would be nice, especially when there are 2 or more people in a room.

Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. There was a great selection to choose from. The food was warm and the juice cold. The area was clean and instead of having news on the TV, they had beautiful destinations.

More fresh fruit variety

Breakfast was good, there was a nice variety of foods to choose from. It was kept well stocked. The staff was quick to take care of any spills and empty the trash before it overflowed.

Very clean and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and rooms very comfortable.

Pool was out of order.
