Tile floors in rooms (no horrible carpet anywhere!), new AC unit was wonderful, nice lobby, nice grounds, close to 53 and Arlington Heights Rd., great shopping variety in immediate area. 20 minutes from Ohare!

Had to return to desk 5 time because cards stopped working. I don't think front desk is using the card-machine correctly or something is broken. Frustrating. Breakfast is average at best (eggs/sausage - no variety of food) no fruit, no pastries, coffee average, no flavored cream. The windows on the outside of the building are filthy and need to be washed immediately! The inside of the hotel is clean...outside is not. No benches around the building-outside. Filthy lobby tv area two mornings from night before...cant the front desk clean this (if cleaning staff is not in yet) before people come down for breakfast? Gross.

The cleanliness was the first thing we noticed. And the staff was friendly as well as helpful

The bathroom layout was so awkward. Having the vanity separate from the toilet & shower was so unhandy. There was no place to lay your shower items except on the toilet. Didn't like the open ness of the vanity area. No privacy whatsoever. Bathroom really needs a good exhaust fan, too.

Exceptional stay! The staff were incredibly kind and attentive throughout our visit. Everything was well taken care of, and we truly had a wonderful time. We ended up extending our stay by an extra night, and the management was extremely accommodating, offering us a great deal and full flexibility. Highly recommended!

At check in we were able to get all five rooms on same floor and very close together on the 3 rd floor that had been redone Close to family we were visiting Bed and pillows were great first set or towels were old and thin 2nd set were much better

Breakfast was just ok Eggs and sausage had a bad taste Pancakes good Limited flavor of yogurt

Great location, close to interstate and shopping about a mile each direction. Has potential to be a great property

I know properties need to stay open during construction, BUT having 2/3 of hotel inaccessible with no working elevator and only rooms on 3rd FL is alot to ask. Very, very sparse breakfast area (also under construction), no gym and workers everywhere made a comfortable room not so comfortable.

Room was very nice, and the bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in! I was given a room right near the elevator for easy in and out access. It was very quiet as I was not on top of the elevator button near it.

I called the front desk very late in the evening several times with no answer. I have demagnetized my entry room key and needed a replacement. It wasn’t until I arrived back at the hotel that the person had returned to the front desk.

Everything was great. Staff always professional and polite. Good vibes all around.

The refrigerator was too small. The type college students have. When people travel they deserve a unit much bigger than the one you have inside of these rooms.

Breakfast was good, service was excellent! We felt comfortable and welcome. Paths and sidewalks near by for walking my dog. We also found a beautiful running path for my 13 year old that was scenic and safe for him to run 5 miles.

the breakfast is highly lacking compared to other places we’ve stayed for around the same price , and the breakfast area wasn’t kept stocked or very clean …. I’d say this is really the only department that is lacking ! the pool hours could use extended …. when you come to stay to go do something….. but can’t use the pool after b/c they close it too early.

That they asked for a hundred dollar deposit. I had paid for room in advance, I did not have a hundred dollars cash, was fortunate to have had a credit card and it was not maxed out.
