It was quiet mostly. No one bothered me. Nice environment

I didn't like the ants that tried to attack my toothpaste...I really didn't like that my TV is stuck on store demo mode leaving me to listen to the same commercials over and over but its better than hearing your neighbors... i didnt like the funky smell in the laundry/ vending area.. I would suggest the laundromat down the street that isn't much better but still is better.

Very helpfull staff at the reception! Good location with quick access to CTA. Room was very clean, towels clean, bed linen clean. There was a heather on the wall but I never used it. Fridge inside the room. Washing possible in communal washing machine area - open 24/7. Plenty of food places nearby. Free access to WIFI. Big Car Park.

A lot of flights to the airport could be an issue for someone but I wasnt bothered with it at all.

We liked the fact it's near the airport, Subway sandwich shop, a few bars with great craft beer, a liquor store with good selection of beverages, Dunkin Donuts, Denny's burger restaurant, Shell petrol station/shop open 24/7. The staff was very helpful. Free icemaker, coffee, microwave oven. Washing machine and drier available for a small fee.

It's a bit far from Chicago city center but we knew that before we booked our stay. On another hand it's very close to the airport and that offset the fact it's far from the city center. You can't have both (be close to city center and to the airport).

What I did like was I was able to park my car, literally at my tomorrowt to my room, which was like three steps away. I am grateful for that.

What I didn't like was simply the village simply demands that I leave after twenty one days, because it doesn't like transient people or the homeless.

I liked the location, close to the airport and metro station, which isn't far either (~20-25 minutes of walking). There's Denny's straight next to it, and 7-Eleven is about 5 minutes away. If you're a fan of plane spotting, then this place is amazing. It's good for its price.

Keycard stopped working on two occasions.

The location was perfect for the short drive to the convention center. Also having Dennys nearby was perfect. The room was pretty tidy when we arrived.

The light in our bathroom flickered like crazy turning on. We had a little spider web on our air conditioning unit. That and the pillows were pretty uncomfortable. You can tell it's an older establishment and may need some repairs in the rooms. But we had a place to sleep.

Very clean and remodeled rooms with close proximity to O'Hare. Plenty of parking on site and some good food options nearby within walking distance (There's a Denny's next door and a great little taco place across the street) as well as access to mass transit. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, this is a good place to stay at, especially if you're on a budget. Don't book this property thinking you're gonna get a luxury suite, but if you're gonna be out on the town all day and just need a place to crash, this will do just fine.

The only complaint I could think of would be the airplane noise. The hotel is located literally right beneath the approach to one of the runways at O'Hare, and the planes come in very low and loud. However if you turn the AC/Fan on in your room, if does drown out the noise and makes it easier to sleep. I also wish the rooms had fridges and a coffee maker.

nothing other than the tv not working but they did have notes that it wasn’t in the lobby. also they said all over the the website to bring a cash deposit for property damage but took my credit card instead…

My phone and TV finally worked. Previous stay both not working. Lights worked, last time did not work. Room much cleaner than last time. Would like room 239 on my next stay. Thank you.

Friendly staff. Clean room, towels and sheets. Great location for a cheap last min airport layover. Shops gas station and bars with food nearby.

Couldn't get the tv working. Door needs looked at as the lock was tough to close. No toiletries or hairdryer provided.
