Most Workers I met was Couresty n Professional. Other were Rude n just disrespectful. The Shuttle Driver was rude. 2 of your Customer Services hung up on me TWICE. But, 🍌 was Wonderful. And the night driver were excellent. The Breakfast Worker was so, Friendly.

The never changed lock on door to room. Someone always has to let me in. And some Workers just aren't for Customer Service to Rude. I worked Customer Service for 20 something years. And the Customer was always my concern.

The front desk clerk, "Bananas" was extraordinary. When I asked her after checking in on Saturday January 28, she told me that she had been working the desk since 7 am and would be there to help me until 11 pm. When I asked her about my check-out the next morning, she told me that she would be back at the desk again at 7 am (and would be there again until 11 pm. Still she was cheerful, kind and very helpful asking me if there was anything she could do for me to make my stay more comfortable. She is extraordinary. Quality Inn is very fortunate to have her. Also the location just a few miles from O'HARE on Mannheim Road is excellent. Breakfast was good and the breakfast staff was welcoming and very helpful.

The bathtub needs a grab bar, especially since it is plastic and moves under the weight of the guest.

3 morning Staff wasn't very Professional. And 1 of them hung up on me TWICE. The older driver wasn't very friendly. And Mexican Customer Service Woman wasn't very nice..But, 1 of Customer Service Staff was EXCELLENT n VERY Professional. And the younger driver was EXCELLENT. The Food service Worker was great@ Breakfast n very polite( FRIENDLY)

The food downstairs qas amazing and I loved the bar very much. My stay there was very pleasant.

Clean, staff super friendly. Very comfy beds, breakfast was great , ranged from toast waffles cereals fresh fruit juices pastries etc , plastic plates and foam cups but we didn’t mind, nice eating area. Excellent meal at restaurant on site. The mercedes Shuttle bus was waiting for us at airport, ran on the half hour in the morning, made the airport transfer hassle free.

Our room was noisy as it was near the highway and could hear the semis , air conditioning was loud, I just wore earplugs ,didn’t bother me. Bathroom small.

Very comfortable and clean. Perfect for a close stay to the airport after a long flight. Got a great sleep an was dropped off at the airport next day so I could take public transit into town. Staff was very helpful and friendly, particularly the lady in the morning.

Airport shuttle had to be called to pick up as they didn't have a regularly reoccuring pick up time. However, when I called, airport shuttle came promptly!

Clean! Prompt airport shuttle every 30 mins, 24/7. Coffee & Tea always available in lobby and in room. Clean and updated. Airport hotels see a lot of people so a little bit of wear on the furniture, but clean linens, clean carpets, smells nice throughout the hotel, and an overall Good value airport hotel. Nice staff.

This hotel was much better than expected. Yes, it is only 2 star and yes it is a bit outdated, but it's a budget hotel so you can not expect a 5 star place. For what it was though, it was great value, the receptionist was EXTREMLY nice and helpful, the room was comfortable and did the job. And also they have a free shuttle from the airport running every 30 minutes which was amazing and we used it to get there. Overall, it completely exceeded my expectations.

the furniture is outdated, but then again, we didn't expect any different so it was fine. there is no breakfast at the hotel but dunkin donuts is less than 10mins walk away.

It was in the perfect location for us. We came in for the weekend for a wedding and we were close to everything. When it said breakfast was included, we thought just like muffins and such. We were pleasantly surprised to see a waffle maker. The staff were also very nice and sweet.
