Convenient to Ohare airport. Room comfortable & we ordered pizza delivery 2 miles away. best Chicago pizza!

1. Absence of provision of an English breakfast, the price I paid should have been inclusive of an English Breakfast. 2. At the airport, I waited for the shuttle for over one (1) hour instead of a maximum of thirty (30) minutes.

Front desk staff was very warm and welcoming. The check in and check out process was seamless and the amenities were nice. Hotel smelled great on every floor which is kind of rare these days.

The hotel staff who cleaned the rooms weren't very friendly. One of the caucasian ladies could have been more cordial but maybe she just doesn't prefer a certain race. It's fine. Everybody else was kind and didn't mind saying Hello.

Very comfortable. The girl at the front desk when I got there was so nice. I came in very late because the hotel I was in lost it’s power so everyone had to leave. I called Four Points up probably close to midnight and they were very accommodating. The breakfast was also very good.

Thé location was good as was the restaurant during the evening. The shuttle bus ran on time taking only 15 minutes to reach the airport. We requested and were offered a late checkout.

The breakfast Buffett was to expensive at $18 as we only wanted a small breakfast. We enquired if we could just have coffee and toast and were told it would be $8 each!

close to airport for overnight stay. As platinum got free breakfast voucher. Good choices for breakfast. free airport shuttle only from 4am to 11.30pm to airport and 4.15am to 11.45pm to hotel.

Convenient to airport and clean

Had to be walked to our room by staff. Price points for hotels keep rising. What people want is a good clean bed, safe location night before travel.

The bar and breakfast room was nice

The pool was heated but on a timed schedule I swim for a few hours and came back for 4 more the pool was still cold. The box to turn the pool timer on was locked.

The room was clean and VERY quiet. It's our new favorite place to stay when flying out of O'Hare!

It was a really long walk to our room. We're handicapped.

It was much much better than I thought.. loved the place! Even the employee that was in the restaurant in the Evelin was very nice!
