I really like the affordability of the property. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. GREAT staff, cheerful and professional. It was nice that the sink was separate from the tub and toilet. That made the room easy to use for two people. But, the tub was tiny and the shower head was at munchkin level, which made it challenging to shower comfortably. An idea for future remodels...ditch the tub and just put in a walk in shower. The tub/shower room was too small. When we visit again, we will rebook.

The refrigerator in the room made noises all night and that kept us awake. We would have unplugged it but we put water in it to chill for our trip home. My husband wanted bacon or sausage with eggs for breakfast. The area where food was served was clean.

Breakfast provided was Biscuits & gravy. ( not my kind of breakfast) and waffles, toast coffee juice & yogurt.

Breakfast was adequate. There could have been more typical selections like eggs sausage or bacon cereal etc. Pillows weren't good. In fact they are horrible. like sleeping on soccer balls

Staff (front desk) was excellent ! Professional, friendly and vey welcoming. The room was nice and clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Hair dryer in the bathroom (wasn’t listed as an amenity on-line), but very much appreciated.

I would have liked more breakfast options. I didn’t pack shampoo/conditioner and there was only 1 packet of shampoo in the bathroom.

It was ok! Nothing trully special but for the price you pay it’s really good.

It wasn't really handicap accessible. She had a lot of trouble maneuvering her wheelchair through the door inside of the room and the tub/shower is not accessible. We weren't using it anyway, but we noticed.

They need more protein at the morning breakfast. Sausage and bacon would be ideal.

Room was big and comfortable. Nice big desk, comfy mattress. Staff exceptionally responsive and pleasant. Maids were friendly and very quiet. Quiet place, felt like I was the only one on the floor.

Carpets were worn and outdated. Furniture and elevator a little beat up looking. Place could use redecorating. Curtains could use a wash. Front desk staff not masked which made me talk to her from a distance. She could easily become infected and spread covid given the volume of people she deals with.

The breakfast was the worst part of the experience. More choices including more fruit would improve it. Everything else was very good.

The hotel had a convenient location for us. The room was clean, comfortable beds. We liked the breakfast.

The rooms need to be renovated. The room had high humidity and an unpleasant smell.
