Love your location!!! LOVE THIS PLACE what beautiful pictures I take during my AM exercise!! Your overnight front man is AWESOME!!! What a SALESMAN!! WE TALK SPORTS LOVE IT!! CLEAN ROOMS AND AWESOME WAY TO BREAK THE FAST!!! YOU HAVE PUT THE CAPITOL Y IN YUMMY!!!

When I checked in, a black lady had a poor attitude she didn't even know about BG Days!! Really?? I tried to inform her, but she snapped at me. AGAIN!! So I tried to show her BG Days websight and she said that she was busy and to wait in line for a blond lady. REALLY GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. AGAIN, IM A SALESMAN-SHERIDAN MEMBER NO DON'T TELL ME TO DO ANYTHING!! THAT BEING SAID I WILL BE BACK BECAUSE OF YOUR OVERNIGHT SALESMAN. HE SHOULD GET A RAISE OR AT MINIMUM A PAT ON THE BACK. HE CAN WORK FOR ME ANYTIME!!

The mattress was very comfortable, as we're the pillows and bedding. The facilities were clean. We enjoyed our breakfast, especially the waffles. The gal who greeted us when we arrived was cheerful even at that late hour and got us into our room quickly.

Our room smelled faintly of stale cigarette smoke. It was just strong enough that it bothered me. The toilet in our room was so low that I had a difficult time getting up. It's time to replace those with taller fixtures!

The location was great, close to my family. Very clean. The reception staff was excellent. We ate breakfast there. Great food choices. Very tasteful. The staff was excellent.

The only complaint was when we checked in 2 of us. there were only 3 towels. Those towels were great. I had to ask 2 times for more towels. finally on Sunday I met the cleaning lady and she gave 3 towels and 4 facecloths to make it through the final 2 days. I was like of surprised about that and the quality was not the same as the first day towels.

The beds & pillows were comfy, but the staff was amazing! I can’t say enough about Eric the night concierge. He really went above & beyond in ways you don’t often see in hotels anymore. From lighting the fire pit, to personally carrying a very heavy cooler for us, to personally checking to see if my friends and I needed anything, he was there every night with a smile! Sometimes twice a night!!! Also, shout out to Michael the most bad ass breakfast manager in the world!! You guys made our stay oh so memorable.

VERY THIN WALLS. You almost can’t even have a private conversation in your room. Luckily, we are VERY friendly people!!

Very big room, easy access, reasonable breakfast.

It was a nightmare to pay for my stay, as my first virtual card wasn't accepting the charges and I had to go to the front desk several days to try and settke it. Fortunately the Front Desk agent - Mary Jo - helped me figure out the problem.

Love the location, comfortable and spacious room, plenty of well lit parking with access to exterior doors close to your room, nice lobby and cooked to order breakfast. Pool area newly remodeled. Nice work out room.

Exterior landscaping needs attention.

It was very clean and friendly and far cheaper than other options. For the price, I didn’t expect it to be so nice.

The exterior is in disrepair a touch, but the room was super clean and nice.

Perfect Location, My Wife And I Did A Weekend Getaway and Traveled To Long Grove IL. Stayed at Four Points Sheraton to relax.

The Pillows were ok, not very comfy but everything else was Great

Loved the pool-which we had all to ourselves. It was nice to have breakfast included and was a generous buffet. Staff were friendly. Nice beds. Free parking.

Noise from the hallway easily heard in the room-bring earplugs.
