I recently stayed here during a leisure trip to visit Six Flags Great America, and I had a great experience. Check-in was fast and friendly, and the staff remained welcoming throughout my stay. The room was clean, well maintained, and in great condition. Everything felt fresh and comfortable. The free breakfast had a good selection and was a great way to start the day. The location was also very convenient for getting to Six Flags and getting around the area. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Perfect sized room that was clean, loved the mini kitchen with kitchenware, and other kitchen and bathroom amenities, the free breakfast was a nice touch, and the facility was closely located near everything we were there for plus other amenities needed, Walmart, eateries, gas, the highway, etc. The staff was also friendly and extremely helpful when our plane was one day late due to mechanical issues and weather. Latavia (Sp?) was professional, sympathetic, kind, and ensured we still had a room regardless of the continued delay and still was able to apply discounts. My family and I greatly appreciated Latavia's understanding, professionalism, and fast action to ensure our trip was not disrupted by attempting to find another place to stay.

The King size bed was great, but a little hard and sloped in the middle a bit.

Maybe have breakfast earlier on Saturday and Sunday due to sports starting earlier. If not you’re regular breakfast maybe coffee, juice and a quick snack muffin, bagels.

This is by far one of the best hotels i have stayed in. The location is amazing, the beds are comfortable and the staff are the best.

The rooms were quiet and comfortable.. Having the kitchen was nice.

The breakfast was not good. Had to go thru 2 doors with our key to get in room. Traveled with family that were in 2 other rooms, you were not able to know if someone was knocking on door to come over. They had to call first. Had to have keycard to use elevator but could use stairs and get on other floors. They should need key card also or no reason to have for elevator.

Clean, kind and attentive staff. Huge rooms. Great amenities.

The ACA room we had did not have a high toilet and for my 87 year old mom that was the only downside.

We ended up having an major problem an they let me an my family get at rm at 3 am in the morning verses telling us we couldn’t book are room until the next day

Well I didn’t like the fact that we only stayed here for 10 hr with a late check out at 1 they charged my card 400.00 for a rm that was only 200 for a night.

I like that it was remote but, close enough to grab food.

I didn’t like the bathroom on the main floor, it smelled like puke when I went in. There also people just smoking weed in front of the hotel and that was acceptable when I have kids. I also didn’t like the breakfast. I’m not sure how you mess up eggs but, they were not good at all. The oatmeal didn’t look done. Everything else was splendid about the hotel!

The room was nice and clean. It was fully stocked with pots, pans, and dishes. The breakfast was great. The location is great. I also liked the fact that they streamed the Navy Bootcamp Graduation ceremony.

They said the pool was heated but it was not 85' as stated by front desk staff. It wasn't cold but it wasn't warm. It was cool and since it was cold outside I wasn't able to get in and enjoy. Also wish you all had a hot tub

Good location

Room was really small. Lay out sofa bed let out to the bottom of the king bed. No walking space at all. We had to climb over the beds to get over from the other side.
