Before booking 3rd party, find out if there are special rates. I would have saved $200 had I called and booked the Navy rate for the graduation at Great Lakes!

Very close to the theme park. Lots of restaurants nearby

No microwave in our room. Didn’t know there was one by the ice machine.

The Navy graduation packet was extremely detailed and packed with useful information. The break down on the map instructions saved me a headache.

The staff was amazing. We were there for our son’s boot camp graduation and the overwhelming thanks yous for his service and thanks you to us for supporting him. It was an emotional weekend

There could be a safe in the rooms but other than that it was great

Very easy to get to from the Navy recruitment training command. Very convenient for Walmart across the street, familiar, fast food, restaurants like raising canes and Starbucks right next to the hotel. Buffalo wild wings across the street from Walmart. They are in the process of renovating the hotel, which is in great need. It is very clean, but very worn.

They are remodeling, but the property was very worn, the elevator smelled like P.. Hopefully, with the remodel they will put tile in the elevator. 

Clean, great location, if staying for Navy graduation they offer a discount, eat at the BBQ place down the street but get there early-they will run out of their top sellers. If staying for Navy graduation reroute to come in off the Bobby E Thompson Expwy-drives you right in, Buckley Road will be 2 lanes condensing down to one lane of chaotic desperate families gridlock!

Dramatically more expensive than other properties in the area.

Staff was incredibly helpful! We had a piece of jewelry left behind in the room and it was returned to the front desk. Everyone we came into contact with was very welcoming. Stayed for the Navy recruit grad and location was super convenient.

Stayed for of son’s Navy graduation, location was close to the recruit training center, plenty of amenities. The staff was so kind, everyone we came in contact with were very accommodating.

The customer service was exceptional. Super friendly from the time we walked in, to the time we left!

The hot tub was a little too hot, and the pillows were extremely uncomfortable. Everything else was amazing, though!

The entire facility was bright, clean, and inviting. Staff was friendly and professional.

I wish it was more affordable. Rooms were too pricey to come back and stay there again.
