We stay here for our daugher's Navy graduation. This was a very nice facility. It was clean inside and outside. Staff was very nice and polite. Breakfast was good. They served eggs, sausage, hash brown (potatoes), fruit, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, waffles, toast, and muffins. Plus drinks. The rooms was clean and updated. We had the 2 bedroom suite with kitchen. Full kitchen with pot and pans, plates and bowls and utensils. Stove, microwave, Fridge and dishwasher. Very nice. I forgot to take pictures but the website picture are pretty accurate. Beds was comfortable.

They was remodeling during our stay. Occasionally you would hear them working but nothing to complain about. Tv's would drop what you are watching and go to the main menu. You would have to turn it back to what you were watch sometimes. But still, not much to complain about.

I booked this property due to being intown for a navy graduation. I loved the full kitchenette. All appliances are stainless steel and up to date. My suite included 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. This location was just minutes away from everything that we needed to do. The staff are amazing, welcoming, and very, very helpful.

We can not control mother nature. It was ant season, but no big deal. When I contacted the office, they came right over to treat it.

Loved the location to Great Lakes. We were happy to utilize the grill and tables for a relaxing evening dinner. Our room size was perfect. That the parking was free was another major plus.

The key cards are way too sensitive to other electronics. This is the only hotel I have experienced such a sensitivity. There was a dumpster recently moved from one of the lots and debris was left behind including a number of nails scattered in the road way of traffic.

The professionalism of the desk clerks in providing personal care items such as toothpaste and with a smile. Also this mornings desk clerk set up a live stream feed for a number of us guests to watch the recruit graduation ceremony at Great Lakes Naval Training Center. She was very knowledgeable, including adjusting the air conditioning in the room to accomadate my 94 yr old father. And she also provided a blanket for him to warm himself.

The room key was intermittent in allowing access to the room. Worked fine for access to the common areas, but it didn't seem to like the card reader on the room door most of the time.

We were pleasantly surprised at all the amenities in the hotel room. And the front desk clerk Christina was extremely helpful and friendly before we even checked in and all through our stay.

We were a little surprised that there was a fee to park at the hotel. I don’t remember anybody telling us that when we checked in. Christina was not the one that checked us in, and whoever did check us in I don’t remember her telling us there was a fee to park now I also don’t feel she was that friendly.

The pictures don’t do it justice! We had a 2 bedroom, 2 queen room. There were dishes for us to use, all the necessities like soaps, towels, etc.., a tv AND bathroom/shower in each of the rooms with a full sink and huge mirrors. If I ever come back to Chicago I wouldn’t book anywhere else! Staff is amazing! The office lady took care of booking.com for me. I appreciate her so much!

Having to leave the property to smoke. But I get it. Not a big deal.

Breakfast was good and the location is great, very close to shopping centers.

Well, there is a payment error. I paid Booking.com for the reservation and the hotel had used my credit card for the hold and payment. I will have to issue some sort of refund. So it appears I have double paid with 2 separate cards, Bank America debit card through Booking.com and my Amex through thr hotel. Need to be resolved soon.

What i Didnt like was the Tv's were Old the telephone was old the blow Dryer was 10 years out of Date for the price we Paid the Signal wasn't working on the Tv it was Really old the lights and socks didn't charge our phones Properly because they needed to updated other then that it was very Nice

We were there for sons bc graduation and it was a perfect quiet location. Only 1/2 hr from the airport and less than 15 minutes from base. Was also minutes from Wal-Mart and grocery so we could pick up some essentials for our stay that we couldn’t fit on the plane. It was very nice to have 2 bedrooms and perfect to have living room/ kitchen space to relax and enjoy our time there with him.

Only complaints were that the floors are thin and the group upstairs ran/jumped/ stomped until late night and kept us up. My husband went upstairs the last night because it was literally shaking the walls. Only other complaint was that there was still hair on the walls in both showers and a coffee cup in ours so I’m not sure how thorough things were wiped down though everything looked clean

Comfortable and the staff was very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was yummy

I had to do a spot cleaning on the floor by the door next to the lamp. It was a sticky mess.... Skillet we tried to use but smelt like plastic burning so stopped and used a pot. There was a black area by the vent on the ceiling in the bedroom area. Not sure if just dirt/dust or mold.
