Great staff especially the gentleman that looks like he could be the late Richard Pryor's son. Very welcoming and accommodating. The coffee was good, the breakfast was good, the room was clean and spacious; even the television in the room worked exceptionally well and had great channels to choose from. There was plenty of parking as well. I was surprised at the additional amenities too. Overall, it was truly a wonderful experience and I highly recommend staying there if you are attending a Navy Bootcamp graduation at Great Lakes as it's very close in proximity. Oh, I failed to there are a couple of restaurants and Walgreens and a Boba shop walking distance from the hotel and that too is a plus.

It was pretty good. Very accomodating. Great housekeeping staff/manager , great front desk staff. The breakfast team was sure to check the food levels each morning.

I think their needs to be a little more variety each day for breakfast. I wish there was a change of the options. Maybe bacon one day instead of different shapped sausage. We wanted to stay in the hotel one night and have a movie night but the tv wasnt a smart tv so we could not . It would have been great if it had the capability so we could sign in to netflix and watch what we wanted.

I booked a room for $275 I later received a email from BOOKING. Com stating that for 100 more I can upgrade to 2 queen beds. Booking.con never notified Holiday Inn so I feel like I was scammed. Wrote message to BOOKING. COM AND Didn't RECEIVE response so I ended up paying 100 dollars more for the same room I had originally reserved for $275. Not right. Will not be using booking.com again

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The facilities, while obviously not 5 star were there to make us feel comfortable and welcome. We wanted for nothing during our stay. The location is also extremely handy to travel around and the rooms are very comfortable. WiFi is also better than most.

Honestly, nothing. It was very good and went beyond our expectations.

Property is amazingly clean. Staff is very friendly and always available to assist with any questions. Very knowledgeable about Navy Bootcamp Graduation and gives all the tips/tricks on the ceremony.

Not much to tell,the location was perfect for the Navy graduation 🎓, and offered a shuttle very exceptional 😄, thank you I appreciated it. And Starbucks is right across the parking lot even better.

Breakfast was good, and we loved the location it was just a short drive to the base.

We didn't like the thin walls, the guess on the other side of us was very noisey while we were trying to sleep.

The customer service, hospitality and friendliness oh and cleaning was excellent. Very close to Six flags. Very worth the stay. The breakfast was good.

24 hour buffet service and the cost of the rooms. Very expensive for 2 nights.

Stayed here as in walking distance from our son and daughter-in-law who live in downtown Libertyville as we didn't want to hire a car. Also great for walking to Independence grove forest preserve. Room clean, pleased to have a fridge and a large comfy bed. Good shower . The breakfasts we're really good with lovely staff. Very popular with families celebrating navy graduations but usually only at weekends and even then it was quiet.

We were staying for 2 weeks and unfortunately the guest laundry was out of action the whole time. We luckily were able to get laundry done at our son's apartment.

There is one bench outside the entrance. It would be great to have one in the back at the parking lot.
