The hotel is beautifully. Clean very modern and very accommodating. Super quiet and easy to get to where we need to go area.

The pool and hot tub were immaculate. The staff was very accommodating and the rooms were quite modern. The bed was super super super super hard though. I have back issue so if you like a firm bed And I mean really firm bed, Then this wouldn't bother you so much. That was really my only pet peeve, but that's just a personal opinion. Other than that, we stayed 4 Nights to attend my son's navy graduation and it was the perfect, perfect location. Only fifteen minutes from the base, Basically a straight shot.

The breakfast was very good. The selection of breakfast items was good but could have been a little better (breakfast sausage vs the kielbasa sausage). The beverage select was also good but could have added a variety of hot tea (peach, tangerine, lemon, etc.)

The tile floor between the bathroom and the main part of the room was sticky and needed to be properly mopped. To prove this, I dampened some white paper towels and wiped the floor. They revealed very dark brown, almost black dirt after a few passes. We asked that the floor be properly mopped the next morning and upon our return to the room, we found the floor still not properly mopped, although they said it was..... the dirty damp paper towels once again showed dirt.... therefore, who ever mopped the floor did a terrible job or not at all (lied)!! No pun intended but this was only significant spot in our stay!

We didn't eat this time around breakfast. We like the location of the hotel close to the family and people we visit. The staff is always friendly. If you have an issue, which we did they helped right away.

When the power went out the room was dark not emergency light we used my cell phone to see. We of course didn't know if we could leave the room and get back in so we just stayed put. The other thing we had an issue we thought with keys and it turns out it was a stuck latch why we couldn't enter the room.

Clean, rooms that look to have been recently renovated, comfy bed, nice breakfast and area to eat. Staff at check in and checkout were extremely friendly and professional.

The ONLY thing I would have liked better is if the toilet paper wasn't so hard/stiff. Most places have that commercial TP and Kleenex so they aren't soft/comfortable to use. But again, I know most businesses use the same non-soft stuff so it's not a mark against the property.

More modern hotel & spacious suite. They offered a shuttle for RTC graduation but we drove separately. Standard breakfast offerings each day but also provided a to go bag morning of graduation for families.

We were traveling with small dogs & the door was labeled appropriately. However, our housekeeper in broken English implied he was allergic to dogs & couldn’t clean our room. Thus, we exchanged supplies that were needed during our stay, but it never was officially cleaned.

Breakfast was good and lots of selections. The bed was very comfortable, the whole room although it’s smaller but nice and clean!

There was a bug crawling by the bed headboard . It was just a tiny bug that I don’t know what kind, I just killed it lol, nothing more

It was wonderful, coffee and hot chocolate and tea station are amazing. The room was so nice and loved the ease of the location.

Unfortunately I don’t get good nights sleep due to screaming neighbors at 6am on New Year’s Day, but that’s not the fault of the property.

The staff was the best! The breakfast was amazing and had many options. The location was great and was a short distance from the Navy Base, shopping and restaurants.

There was nothing that we didn’t like.

Rooms where spacious and the lobby was great and well maintained

Shower was tiny and could use some new caulking. Hotel wasn’t really near anything substantial to eat at.

We liked everything about the hotel! The breakfast was the highlight, so many options and delicious! The room was very spacious, clean, safe and comfortable. We only stayed for one night, and it was perfect, we would stay again anytime.
