Good location. Very clean and quiet

I missed that it was an extended stay, so I wasn't aware that we had to return the towels and sheets to receive new ones. But the clerk was very polite in explaining, and we traded with no issues.

Nice to see the hard floors, much cleaner and easier to sanitize. Being quite new is a great plus!

Lack of highly visible signs on main streets and 10 PM front desk closing though I can understand there would be a substantial savings allowing for more affordable room rates for travelers.

Everything was clean and well decorated, price was very good for such a new place.

Kitchen came with no service ware. Bathroom only had 1 very small soap and had no hand towels only bath and wash cloths. Window shade did not block parking lot lights and it was a bit bright in the room. Bed had one thin blanket. Almost messed the other bed up to steal the blanket from there. Possibly this is the trade off that allows the price to be reasonable. I paid $61

I went out to dinner with my son that graduated from navy boot camp & on returning to my room i went to the bathroom @ they was a roach in the sink!

Immaculate, professional, incredible value.

The front desk transactions are very slow. Everything at the front desk takes forever. They are very good but there is usually a long wait to check in, get a key, ask a question, etc.

New motel, rooms were clean. Beds comfortable. Room had a full size refrigerator, laundry facilities available and a built in small stove top. Good value for the money

Soundproofing needs a little help with apparent construction starting in the room. above us about 6 in the morning, no breakfast or coffee yet provided

that the room was clean

I think a continental breakfast would be a better fit for that location do to the fact that places to eat are hard to find.

Clean, well maintained

I was pleased with everything that was provided. If I will have to say something it will be the amount of shampoo given but is normal to get travel side. Most modern hotels have the shampoo,conditioner and body wash in wall dispenser.

Very clean and nice appliances.

Needs an ironing table. There was none in rooms or laundry room. Could use some kind of couch in rooms to not have to sit on beds 24/7.
