Close to everywhere we needed it to be. Most of the staff was above and beyond!! The lady that we checked in with was AMAZING!!! Loved her!

The only thing I would change about the property is the breakfast. It didn’t change ever and the powdered eggs were not good. The staff was great though!

The pool was very nice. Our suite was roomy and having two half baths was very convenient. Finally, the complimentary breakfast was laid out in a way that didn't make guests feel cramped, and the food was hot and fresh with a good variety.

We could not get the TV to play livestream, but that wasn't terrible. We watched Netflix instead of the Olympics.

Liked the staff lady who cooked the food. She went out of her way to help me as I was there for my son’s graduation.

Long wait time to open door in front since I arrived after a long delayed flight and had to call the front office a couple times just to get in and I was already exhausted and tired.

I always stay here when I visit Chicago. The hotel itself is nice

I called front desk 2 different times because of the noise and kids stomping and running in the room above me. We couldn't sleep at night because of all the stomping and running.

Came in to clean the room without asking that was nice. We were here because my nephew was graduating from Navy boot camp.

The outside sitting area I've seen better. But at least it has a brick wall to separate from people looking at you from the parking lot.

The location is perfect and not far from PIR graduation. Walmart is directly across the street and alot of eating places in same square. The hotel staff is friendly and hotel breakfast is good. The pool is a little cold but other than that I have no complaints. We will definitely book again next time we are at great lakes!

Water needs to be warmer in the pool.

Reviews online regarding breakfast made it sound like they had a large variety of hot breakfast items. They only had eggs & sausages along with make yourself waffles. I expected potatoes and cut fruit. I hate carpet I wish the guest rooms didn’t have carpet.

The layout of the rooms were good and the amenities were good also.

You need to install bigger refrigerators in the rooms. Mini fridges are too small.

It was pleasant and located near restaurants, walmart was within walking distance, and it was easy to navigate to!

It did have a slight cloud to the pool due to cleaning chemicals that were added.

It was very clean the staff was nice the suite was perfectly sized so everyone wasn’t cramped. Had toilet and sink separate from a shower and sink helped everyone get ready easier
