We had a king bed Jacuzzi suite, the room was fantastic! The breakfast was excellent, the swimming pool was very nice, outdoors was beautiful!!!

Our smoke alarm started beeping the last night we were there. When calling the front desk, they told us to take the batteries out of it. Just taking the batteries out of it does not stop for feeding because they’re wired as well, so upon calling the front desk again they told us to unplug it completely. Keep in mind this started at about 8 o’clock at night and my fiancé had to be up at 1 o’clock in the morning to go to the airport to meet his son. We were then told that our last night would be refunded. The receipt even shows it being refunded. But the refund never came. It was a great stay other than this.

I enjoyed an absolutely amazing experience at Comfort Inn and Suites. The room was a beautiful, spacious suite designed for refreshing relaxation. There were two restrooms, two kitchen areas, two televisions, a full living room, a full bedroom with jacuzzi, a dressing area and a dining area. The Dynamic Dream Team who worked at the hotel made it a top-tier experience. Sean checked us in at the front desk. He was attentive, caring, informative and kind. Pam was a kind soul; she was present every day with encouraging words and kind compliments. Sunday, May 11, 2025, was our checkout day and Mother’s Day. It was a challenging day for me since I no longer have my mother. However, the kind words that Pam spoke to me made a positive difference in my life. If you ever need a boost in life or a reset for your journey, this is the hotel to visit. When it was time to check-out I met Gabby, she was attentive and kind as she wished us safe travels going home, with a friendly smile.

Needed a place to sleep for the night while traveling, at the time of reservation had great value somewhat near Chicago area. Accommodated late check-in. Hearty breakfast with the usual and including bacon strips, potatoes, scrambled eggs. Has swimming pool but didn't use it. Plenty of free parking space, quiet at night.

To nitpick, still a 30 minute drive to northern Chicago suburbs. Maybe a faint smell in the room when you initially enter but nothing too bad.

Actually this shud be below…Breakfast in a cramped space causing longer than necessary wait times, lines etc … put waffle machine in another area? Kitchen facility in room but no utensils, dishes to go in microwave Liked? Convenience, spacious room we paid extra for, quiet room as at back of building

No one told us that our room would not be made up every day! Was given towels etc by front desk…desk clerks should advise guests if this is policy see Breakfast comments above.,

Very clean, friendly staff, and the pool

The backside of the building when you would try to enter, and you put in the key to open the doors they would not open. I just wish that the front desk would’ve mentioned that when checking in that the only doors that were open where the front doors not the back doors

Night desk clerk Sean was very accommodating and helpful. He made sure we had a room to our liking during our stay.

When we initially checked in, the room we were assigned smelled musty and of cigarette smoke. We immediately brought this to Sean’s attention and he promptly took care of us by placing us in another room.

Sean who worked at the front desk in the evening was great. We wanted a room with the hot tub in it and Sean went and checked to make sure it was working before we came in. It was very nice! Clean place, nice staff, breakfast was good. Too bad the pool wasn’t working/open.

No pool. I would’ve loved a steam shower or sauna. Those are hard to find though our shower could’ve been bigger.

The room was fine, but it had a weird smell and the curtains were ripped. Front desk staff were super nice and the ladies at breakfast were great. Not a fancy hotel, but a good place to stay.

It was everything I could’ve possibly needed out of a weekend stay. Breakfast, supplied room, easy check-in and check-out with friendly staff, etcetera

It had a bit of a musty smell to it. The general property wasn’t bad, my room is what smelled, however it wasn’t something that was a big deal

I had great conversations with the young man who worked the front desk, from 3--11pm on Friday night and Saturday night!!! He helped me figure out how to turn on the refrigerator and the air conditioning in the room!!! Very nice gentleman!!!
