The staff went above and beyond for our Navy families traveling for graduation. They made sure we had a comfortable space, tech setup, and even a breakfast spread to enjoy the graduation livestream on property for all those who didn’t have a ticket. We were truly honored by their commitment to providing excellent service and support. Plus, our room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and it’s close to base! You cannot go wrong at this property, especially if you are in town to visit the Naval Base.

upon arriving they could not locate my booking and were able to help me and provided me free breakfast due to the trouble. They gave us free breakfast for our troubles which was nice> The beds were confortable and slept well. Overall they tried to help as they could. My daughter left hecklace at the hotel and went back 5 hours after check out and they had it. I didn't expect that and it made me so impressed. thanks and the front office staff was awesome,

Only 1 coffee pod of regular in the room the rest wa decaf,asked cleaning staff for more regular and was handed 1 pod if decaf, had to give it back and ask again and got 1 pod again and I explained there were 2 of us in the room…gave up and went and bought my own pods. Not a hug he deal but really want my coffee

Very clean, wonderful staff and the food was tasty.

My only complaint is if you get breakfast from the buffet after 8 the eggs are cold. I think a new warmer is needed.

The hotel was beautiful, the bathrooms and lounge area downstairs were clean and welcoming! Very nice and comfortable for the family. Right off the highway and prime location. The bed was super comfy

I didn’t like having to pay for breakfast it was not well tasting. There was a waitress who took the order and it was made as your ordered it. Simply just not tasty. For the amount of money you pay for nightly stay the breakfast should be free‼️ Also the rooms are not that big compared to other top level hotels as Hilton. (Very disappointing) The hotel doesn’t tell you in advance there is an incidental hold I feel you should be notified prior to arrival.

The rooms were very clean excellent customer service people working at the counter gave us tips on things to do in the area. The girl who works the bar / breakfast restaurant needs a raise. I watched her open up the restaurant and I also had a glass of wine with her at night. She never seemed tired she never seemed annoyed and always had a smiling face and very inviting. I think she adds to the environment of the hotel. My family and I went for a quick little getaway for spring break and it's exactly what we got. We will be back in the future and hopes that the lady in the bar is still working there.

Breakfast was good, but there were different options (full-on buffet, continental buffet or a la carte) which made the whole decision confusing. The staff was really friendly!

I did not have the breakfast unfortunately but it did smell nice.

The pillows were so flat and uncomfortable. Next time I will bring my own.

Very good location in Lake Forest, a town with little in the way of hotels. Modern and easy to drive to downtown Lake Forest and visit family

After Covid the hotel was understaffed. Big annoyance was that the sheets popped off the bed, at the corners. I asked for new sheets and got new sheets, but the new sheets did the same thing...popped off the corners! The mattress was comfortable but the sheet corners need to be deeper so they will not pop off.
