The room felt spacious. We had a view of the courtyard, which was nice. It was extremely quiet, which was very nice. The business center had a functioning computer and printer, which was helpful. Having paid breakfast on site was a convenient option. The room had a good refrigerator and a microwave.

The location was just ok, but we knew that when we made the reservation. It worked for us, but not inherently desireable.

Large, quiet hotel in a quiet suburb, 20-30 minutes car from O'Hara Airport, and 10 minutes walk from a Jewel-Cosco supermarket and the train station to Chicago Union Station. A really nice bar/restaurant Portillo's is literally next door. Hotel has self-service laundry facilities.

The laundry room should be better signposted on the corridors.

The breakfast was plentiful, but a little short on the taste. The staff were very responsive and friendly.

Better quality control of guest rooms. My tub drain was clogged and drained very slow and following a shower there was a couple of inches of standing water. It seems to me that this problem should have been discovered by the cleaning staff and should have been reported to get it fixed instead of waiting for a guest to discover the problem.

The staff was so nice, the gym, the breakfast area was nice and the breakfast was good, the laundry room, they gave me a double when I thought they were out of them. The room was nice. They also had outdoor furniture so you could sit outside.

No soap in the room my only complaint.

The shower, the best! Fast water flow and strong water pressure. Very clean. Friendly service.

The room doors! Those doors bang so loudly when they close. The noise was so loud that it woke me up. If you happen to stay next to someone who open/close the door often, good luck! I had to take an Advil PM pill. Check-out time was a wait. No one was at the counter. Several people had to wait. Then 1 receptionist showed up to her us. Not bad but could be better on the service.

No continental breakfast. Checked in - 2 people in the room and given 1 bottle of water and 1 cookie.

Staff was particularly friendly

The booking process online. After WE made a mistake of picking the wrong date, it took about 3 hours to get it right.

The place looked great. And the room was bigger than I expected.

Prices at the Cafe were a little high.

Mostly the location to several family members. But the room was comfortable and breakfast was ok.

Breakfast sandwich was microwaved too much so that it was too hot and when it cooked was hard.
