Everything was good

My experience at this place was a mix of good and not-so-good. The room was nice and cozy for me and my family, which was a plus. But, there was a recurring issue that really bothered us: the noise from the room next door. It seemed like even our quiet conversations would trigger loud knocks from them, as if we were being too loud. It made our stay less enjoyable and more frustrating because we weren't being noisy at all. Overall, while the room was comfortable, dealing with the noise from next door was a downside that affected our experience.

Really everything.. room was very clean and comfortable.. has a lot of amenities. For the price I thought it was very reasonable.i will be back .also there is a shopping plaza only one half mile miles away with many selections of food .makes it extra convenient.

They didn't tell me about all the amenities. Also the coffeemajer carafe lid was messed up and the kitchen sink faucet was very loose. Another concern was that the south exit door lock didn't work at all .

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Staybridge Chicago, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that exceeded all expectations. First and foremost, I want to commend the exceptional management at this establishment. Under the guidance of the incredible manager, Matt, every aspect of the hotel operates with seamless efficiency and genuine care for the guests. Matt sets a standard of excellence that is truly commendable. His dedication to ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of every guest is evident in every interaction and detail throughout the hotel. Furthermore, Matt is incredibly attentive to the needs and preferences of guests. He goes above and beyond to ensure that every request is promptly addressed and every concern is swiftly resolved. It has been more than what I expected, but definitely what I need. His proactive approach to customer service is truly commendable and sets a new standard for excellence in the industry. (I overheard guests and others say the same!) In addition to the exceptional management, the hotel itself is top-notch. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The beds are comfy, and the showers are awesome, especially with the great moisturizing creams! The amenities are plentiful, and every detail is thoughtfully curated to enhance the guest experience. The housekeeping, maintenance, and kitchen staff are on-point! They are such helpful and sweet people. Additionally, the front desk staff makes me feel comfortable all the time. Overall, my stay at Staybridge Chicago was nothing short of extraordinary, thanks in large part to the outstanding management by Matt. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and look forward to returning in the near future. Thank you again and again, Matt for your exceptional leadership and for making my stay truly memorable!

Breakfast was ok. The coffee was great. Making your own waffles was fun. The fresh fruit was good. The oatmeal on the first day was horrible--instant. But after that we enjoyed the cooked oatmeal. The bed was very comfortable. There were always fresh towels. The wifi worked well. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great for us to visit family in Northbrook and the highway was nearby for getting downtown.

More fresh fruits and vegetables==not canned. The rugs are very dirty.

The room was clean and very comfortable. We only stayed for 1 night and did not use the kitchenette, but it was nice to have the option. The staff were kind and helpful. There was a great selection for breakfast with surprising variety.

My complaints are minor, but there was no conditioner in the conditioner bottle, only watered down shampoo and the towels were a little scratchy. It absolutely would not keep me from staying there again.

This location was great and I did not expect it to have so many amenities. I stayed for Christmas Eve until Christmas morning. The property had complimentary laundry room, gym and pool. It was beautifully decorated in the lobby, especially the fireplace. I enjoyed being able to cook in the kitchen in my room. It was fully stocked with dishes and cleaning supplies as well. Excellent location!

Paid online prior to arrival and was asked on check in to pay again. I had to find my receipt, before someone in back mentioned something to the attendant checking us in that we had paid. Then that same attendant didn't apologize for error or anything. After a long road trip not a good start.

The breakfast buffet was awesome. The beds/main areas were very clean. Housekeeping came every day and provided clean towels and tidied the area.

Some things were worn, like couch cushion seams ripping, cracks in tile, peeling ceiling drywall. There was also black hair in the shower which was gross.

Great location in an upscale suburban area with walking paths through prairie preserves and around a large scenic lake. Very quiet and safe area, and a walk or short drive from many shops and restaurants. Lots of car parking spaces. Hotel was attractive and very clean. Rooms were modern, well-furnished and spacious and my bed was very comfortable. Daily room keeping was impeccable. Staff were very friendly and obliging and greeted me daily over my 10-day stay. Breakfast was buffet style with freshly made hot and cold choices, lots of drink choices, with the staff continually replenishing the food stations and cleaning up. Best value for money.

Nothing to dislike.

The breakfast was amazing. It is nice that the windows can be opened so you get some fresh air and the kitchen and amenities are top-notch.

Maybe a few more coffee sachets would have been nice, we only had one but we stayed two nights. Overall we had a good experiences, this is a minor suggestion.
