Our flight was cancelled and my son (who is disabled) and I needed a safe clean place to spend the night. We were unfamiliar with the area close to the airport, but we chose this place through booking.com because of the reviews and it was within our budget. It was safe and clean, and staff was accommodating. Friendly.

It has a small little “bistro” and we went down for some coffee and breakfast, which we paid for.. the person working was very rude, the breakfast sandwich was a microwaved sandwich, and was still frozen in the middle. It was pretty disgusting considering I paid $12 for it.

Stayed with my 2 teens. Felt safe. Room and hotel very clean. Found a semi hidden path to the lovely forest preserve next door. Had a lovely short walk around the pond.

Not too many places to eat nearby. Starbucks is close but the area is not pedestrian friendly so be aware of cars.

The staff overall was courteous and polite and always Available for any assistance needed

The elevator is old and outdated they just painted and the television in the room was too small and didn’t work for me half of the time and the refrigerator was not working properly

It’s in a great location, was able to check in early, staff were very helpful. It was clean and looked just like the pictures. The beds were comfortable as well and had everything that we needed for a fun night away.

Location is great! The hotel is clean and inviting. We had a wonderful room with a beautiful view of autumn trees and Crocket Creek. The staff was exceptional. When we arrived, our King room had been mysteriously changed to a room with two double beds. Carla simply said, "Sorry about that" and switched us back to a King room. We had asked for a microwave, which had already been put into the double room. But within minutes, a porter brought a microwave to our room. Great service! Thanks to all!

It would be nice to have a clearer sign on North Avenue (64) for the entrance to the hotel—and arrows or sign pointing to the road at the edge of the parking lot that leads to the hotel.

Location was good. Not far from downtown.

It was very hot in the indoor pool area. It is not fully indoors. They have have clear panels that allow heat to come in. It was very uncomfortable being out there.

Breakfast was made to order. Lounge was pleasant. Clean.

A bit bizarre. You had to either order a meal at the counter from the board and get either a drink or something else(can't remember), or have two muffin cake type items.

I liked the comfort of the bed and pillows. There were enough covers and blankets so we was both able to cover to our preference. It was easy to be able to get some sleep.

I didn’t like the traffic or the options of entering or exiting the hotel.

We love the pool it was so nice and clean and the hot tub was so relaxing

We love that that was plenty of fresh towels and everything was nice and clean and very cozy

You can’t change this but the surroundings location was not optimal. You cannot walk from the hotel to anything
