I liked the staff very much, they are very friendly, the rooms are clean, my only priority is cleanliness, it was perfectly nice, I was very satisfied, the price is normal The location of the hotel is perfect, there is an entertainment venue under the lake, there are seating places outside, so it is really worth a five-star hotel.

My misfortune is that the hot water is not working, I think it was in maintenance, I could not take a bath during my stay, this was very bad for me, if I was washing clothes, new washing machines would come, they would be installed, so during my stay, I could neither wash clothes nor take a bath, these are my only problems.

can’t say enough good things about The Randolph Hotel in Fox Lake! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. The location is absolutely perfect — right on the water with gorgeous views of the Chain O’ Lakes. The historic charm of the building gives it so much character, and the fact that it has its own on-site brewery is such a unique bonus!

Nothing it’s great!

Great, quaint area. The hotel itself was clean and had good upkeep. Sharing a bathroom at a hotel was a first time experience for me, but it went well. Only once did I have to wait for someone to get out of the bathroom to go. I also liked the fact that there's a brewery attached to the building. They had karaoke on Thursday night, and a live jazz band played on Friday night when I was there. The locals are extremely friendly and there's a beautiful view of the lake. Overall I was very pleased with my stay.

Can't say there was much I didn't like. It was a really good place to stay. Maybe have an extra blanket in the room. It did get colder at night.

Last minute booking on my part. Seemed expensive but, was a 2 bedroom apt. Believe we were the first in there. Excellent cleaning staff, unseen. Excellent bar keeper that assisted us in direction and access, very helpful and didn't seem bothered by helping. Coming in blind turned out to be a place I will use in the future.

Upon arrival at our room, realized it was directly above the onsite tavern, with a small well played, live band . Did not expect this but ended at a decent time. Still a great place, especially if you are into an intimate live music bar scene only thing I can say bad. Couple of finish up things in the newly renovated apartment.

Was a little saddened because my first stay I had a TV microwave and fridge in my room. This stay i did not have any of those in my room Other than that my stay was good Unfortunately I had a family emergency and only stayed 3 of the 7 days

We got the suite for a girls weekend. It was beautiful and huge. It was like our own cozy condo with 2 bedrooms, a full living room, bathroom, and even a full kitchen. It was beautiful! The location is perfect. Kind of secluded, on the lake, and even being above the brewery is charming and convenient!

room is good, view is good, shared bathroom clean and nice. check in is convenient.parking is easy.

wifi in room 202 is almost can’t connect. I alway use wifi in corridor. the first two nights shower were wam, last night and last morning, water is cold. My husband insisted to take a shower ( cold water), then next he catch cold.

How nice the owner was the bathroom was always clean and the location was perfect with the water view!

This place is down to earth, very peaceful and great location.
