Micro and fridge in room, with coffee maker (and coffee/creamer). Well designed, clean room with outlets next to bed. TV was good, Nice bathroom, good shower. Very pleasant atmosphere.

Room was a tad dark, could use a floor lamp. A sitting chair for reading would have been nice. Mattress was firm, ok for some. All just individual taste things, Liked that they did not have any breakfast at all. I seldom make much use of them and happy to save the cost of providing one.

Waterfront Hotel and Marina is a great small hotel on a nice riverfront location with basic yet comfortable accommodations.

The only thing I didn't like was that the drinking water had a slight sulfur taste.

Did not liked that was given a notice a threatening notice throw us out of hotel by gary gay a manager for using electric skillet in a room. That's bowlshit, been to many hotels. None objected we cook our food on electric skillet, bacon and eggs, cabbage with onions. There were hardly any odor in a hallway, since balcony was open. No electrical hazard here. Same electrical hazard as of hotel provided coffee maker I am standing next to electric skillet. Completely unacceptable behaivor by hotel manager gary gay,. RUDe. I always take electric skillet into room and cook breakfast, lunch, dinner on it. 4 hotels before none complained. Also soap, shampoo never was provided extra.

The price and the location and the staff were exactly as expected. Gary was informative, helpful, and welcoming.

That my stay was only one night. We will definitely be returning.

Everything was perfect, like the last year. I’ll be back next year again. I love this place!

Staff was amazing, the rate was unbelievable, that the building was accessible by keycard entry only at night, the property was in a quiet area away from busy streets and highways, so it was a nice and quite trip, with the ability to relax when needed.

The property was slightly run down, you can tell its an older property, but the price was comparable and fit the accommodations

The hotel is located right on the water and we enjoyed watching the sunset from our private balcony.

The only thing that could be better is WiFi access. We did not have access during our stay.

View, price, location for our plans. Owner contacted us to explain check in procedure which went flawlessly.

Wifi was spotty but I understood after he explained why. Needed fluffier pillows.

I love having the view overlooking the river. Very pretty. I would love to come back in the summer and stay again. Looks like they possibly have a cool outdoor patio in the summer on the river. I couldn't tell because it was taken down, but it looks like their could be palm trees in the summer lol

The water in the sink and shower and a weird smell. I don't know if it's iron or well water, but it was different
