I liked the pool was open until 11 I was able to have an activity with my kiddos instead of being loud near the rooms. I liked when I got my keys there was a list of when things break fast pool available so I didn't have to forget

the winddows were open in the pool which I assume means the chemicals would be difficult to maintian. But I'd assume they test regularly so perhaps it was ok. the bathrooms off the pool were surprisingly fancy and nice to walk in so it sort of off set the perception of the windows being open. I also liked that it wasent overly stuffy or hard to breath. so perhapse the having the pool chem tests published would off set my perception of the windows being open

Overall, clean with good staff and great location. Everything in room worked. Pool very nice. Was a nice family stay-cation

The deep end of the pool had pretty obvious islands of black fuzz on the bottom each of the 3 days we used it. The hot tub was supposedly cleaned during this period, but apparently not the pool. Otherwise, the pool/ hot tub/ area was very nice and clean. The breakfast (fri, sat am) was a bit sparse, not as shown in your photos. However, what was there was good, and the entire breakfast operation was well-cared for and clean.

Everything was wonderful. I had not stayed in a Country Suites since quarantine, so my expectations average. I know that businesses had to cut back because of rising costs. I was pleasantly surprised at the hospitality. I worked in customer service over 30 years and they were top notch. The breakfast was filling, although I missed the sausage and gravy (maybe that was at another location). I would definitely stay there again and recommend them as well.

The room was always what I wanted. Just a shower & no bathtub. Great darkening curtains!!

The breakfast still was not up to my expectations. Muffins are available which I cannot eat but no sweet or cinnamon rolls. I don't see the yogurt & fruit cocktail disappearing quickly. I want something that I can't get for breakfast at home.

The grey haired woman who checked us in had terrible people skills. With us, she was just very short. With another guest we heard her arguing and being very sarcastic with this poor lady. The lady walked away and said, "That woman is insane!" The staff that were working the following morning were very nice.

The bed was comfortable - I have a bad back and I slept good every night. The electrical outlets were sufficient for both of our things that need to be charged every night. The staff were very pleasant. The breakfasts were very good - and there was a variety of hot items available. There was coffee at any time we wanted it. We stayed for 6 days. Really enjoyed it.

Really can't think of anything that was missing for a pleasant stay.

The breakfast rotated between the mornings. There were always some variety of eggs, sausage and hashbrowns. They also had the make your own waffle station, some baked goods as well as oatmeal. Ample coffee, juice and milk. A good way to start the day.

The bed linens. I know the heat works well, but the bedspread/blankets are so thin you feel like you are sleeping under nothing and in January that just isn't a comforting feeling.

Very confortable room. Ample space, great bed, nice bedsheets, plenty of good towels.

The facility needs a manager who inspects the rooms and requests needed maintenance: paint peeling in a couple of places, rust in the metal frame around the bathroom’s ceiling. And a better breakfast, please! Fresh fruit, edible bread.

Breakfast was good, nice choices, coffee all day was great. The location worked well for us liked the iron and board . Microwave and fridge.

No pool or spa, but we knew in advance. I think price was sort of high with that in play. Didn't get a wake up call we asked for.

The staff was helpful and courteous. Breakfast was good. Room was spacious and sufficient for one night.

We had to move to a different room due to mechanical noise. They were willing to give us another room that didn't have that problem.
