What's most important to me is cleanliness. There were no orders, the bed was comfortable and clean at a reasonable cost.

I was a little uncomfortable in the parking lot as I had seen some locals wandering around in the early evening. Being a woman alone, and returning late at night I was a bit uncomfortable; however the parking lot was lit and there were no issues. It was just my comfort level

Besides the value and free parking, I really enjoyed the staff. Super kind and helpful. Checked us in quickly and professionally.

Our first room had a few defects. The door latch was missing. So no overnight door stop. The currents are a bit outdated. They only open one way.

The location (very close to I-90 which makes going to Chicago or far Nw suburbs very easy) free breakfast, friendly staff.

I knew going in, but I wish we could have had 2 queen beds as opposed to 2 doubles. the room was nice for what it was though.

The location was great nice quite area. The staff was very nice and friendly, especially Mr. Henry. The room was clean and comfortable.

Beds were a little firmer than I can usually sleep comfortably on. Even though we were in a non smoking room, could smell smoke and weed in the hallway

The Gentleman at the front desk was beyond accomodating...very sweet, kind and respectful he did several things I don't have room to explain...but trust me he's a keeper.. please commend him for his kind conscientious demeanor

Stayed for two weeks and on the day before my last day found a bed bug unfortunately besides that my stay was great

It would give a more positive impression of the property if the potholes in the parking lot were fixed.

easy access, clean room, breakfast was ample, quiet

at breakfast the eggs and potatoes were cold, however the fact that they offered them at all was good. the room furniture could have used a little updating
