Very clean place and great staff

The breakfast situation but the manager helped out and split it with us! When we booked on line it stated breakfast included so we just went down for breakfast and followed the crowd and due to a remodel they had it in the bar so still not thinking anything we where eating and a girl asked for a voucher or she would bring a bill! Long story short I went to the desk and explained what had happened and the young man said that he would give me 2 vouchers and we paid for 2! This was better than nothing I guess even that out site said breakfast included

You would think that a place this large would be noisy or you'd hear the elevator all night. I didn't hear a peep! I LOVED the pillows, mattress and bedding. I felt like a princess and snuggled right in, which felt better than my own bed at home. I had the best sleep. I never leave a tip for the cleaning person, but since my roommate was a cleaning person she recommended that we leave a tip. I couldn't object because the room was spotless, I didn't find one hair, or anything disgusting. It smelled fresh as well. The staff was very helpful, and even stopped what they were doing to help take a picture by their interesting water art at the entrance upon our checking out. The hot tub was very large and clean, the pool was refreshing, very clean. It had a nice zero depth gradual walk in. It was convenient to have an easily accessible walk-in shower next to the pool for. There is a lot of parking, large overhead to the front doors to load and unload with lots of carts for luggage. It was a great location to stay for an evening concert in St. Charles.

I always wish that for city hotels they would still include breakfast in the cost. For 187.00 and up it seems like they could offer grab and go fruit or muffins at the least. I say this every time I stay in a big city area, so I know it is common to not have this complimentary breakfast offered for this price point. Other than having to pay extra for breakfast, everything else was wonderful.

The remodel of the property is absolutely spectacular. This is a popular location for business travelers, but it works very well for families. Very happy that the hotel is pet friendly as we are in the process of moving out of the country and needed a temporary place to stay with our dog. The staff is very friendly. Jim in particular is a stand out! The location is ideal right off of I 90.

Location great, pool and hot tub great, lots of parking, staff was wonderful, the beds were sooo comfortable. I would definitely give this a 10 and I would stay here again!

Extra tbungs for breakfast. You having to pay 14.00 for breakfast every morning is a little extreme. Especially when it's pretty much the same stuff at other hotels where breakfast is free.

Location was good for us. Best part was helpfulness of staff. We encountered illness during the trip and had to adjust our stay. Desk manager was very helpful and caring. Restaurant manager opened for us to provide food for travel home.

Direction from I-90 did not explain where Airport Road was.

The hotel was absolutely fantastic! It was impeccably clean, and I was thoroughly impressed by everyone's performance. Having the restaurant conveniently located within the hotel was a delightful experience, and the staff members were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Without a doubt, I will choose to stay at this hotel again when I visit Elgin in the future.

The room was spacious and I liked the layout. Everything was clean. I especially like all the Dove toiletries in the bathroom. There's a restaurant attached to the hotel so that's very convenient

We thought the Continental breakfast was included until we got a bill. Not included.

Your staff is not only not trained to tell the correct information which is quite frustrating when they are the "information desk" but quite selective over whom they choose to give discounts to when there pool was shut down a majority of the time when that is what we had came for but it was shut down because there was glass in the hot tub that my husband had stepped on and cut his foot open, we were told by staff that took our room number down we would be compensated and when we spoke with staff in the morning the gentleman basically called us liars and offered us 40$ off our room ,wow what a joke this place is next time my husband will just take the expensive ambulance ride and sue back

The property was nice. Lots of parking accessible from the highway and well manicured.

The only negative thing I can say is the smell in the halls. Smelled like carpet deodorizer but the rooms didn’t.

All the staff members I encountered were great. Nice addition to have a restaurant attached to the hotel. Good food, and great service.

Decent breakfast selection, but barely warm food.
