I like the fact that the rooms have a refrigerator, a sink, dishwasher, microwave and utensils, in case I was unable to dine with friends, as happened on Friday the 14th. I was able to bring my dinner back and reheat it in the microwave and eat in my room. The bathrooms always have plenty of counter space, and I really appreciate the site providing shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in a manner where I won't feel guilty for using it or feel obligated to take it with me.

Snow removal could have been better.

Checking in was simple, staff were super-friendly and helpful. The rooms were large and had a great kitchenette area. We were traveling with dogs and had no issues there either. The little shop was reasonably priced - no attempt to rip-off the guests. Great choice.

The gentleman on reception was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel had everything needed for a short stay. The upgrades that were done, were done well.

My only complaint was the faucets and water temperature. Both in the sink and shower the faucets were stiff and it was hard to create the best temperature.

Beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

I didn't realize when booking there was no pool/hottub. I also didn't realize that what normally is considered contental breakfast items were available, but not complementary and very expensive. After a week I am still waiting for the $100 hold to come off my card. I called to ask but there was a language barrier and nothing got accomplished.

This place was conveniently located to where I was doing training for work. I was in a newly remodeled king suite, and it was lovely! I enjoyed having a kitchenette. A bonus was meeting new people at the patio grill. When I realized that I had left something behind, the manager was helpful in helping me look for it. Never did find it, but A for effort

The only downside was that because of the remodeling in progress, the hallways and lobby were full of furniture and boxes, but totally understandable

would’ve liked to have had more towels in the room. it seemed everything was set for two except for the towels. I understand that all we had to do was go down for more but I would’ve liked the extra in the room

The bed was comfortable. I loved the kitchenette with all the utensils. The shower had great pressure and hot water. Happy with the hotel.

The AC was a little loud, but once I fell asleep, it didn't matter. Besides that I enjoyed my stay.

The ability to cook our own food. Large refrigerator and microwave.

No area to visit with family or chairs/table in the room to rest a meal. Need to have a table and 4 chairs

The lady who greeted us was phenomenal. She made the experience fantastic. Even though you were under construction everything was great.

The only complaint that we would have is that our sink did not drain in the bathroom when we were in room 229.

The in Lobby convenience Store and Lending locker w crock pots and Games makes it super easy to feel like home. This is my GO-To hotel for my visits with my Daughter and Grandson!! Can't wait for the next visit!

Nothing could be better! I love this Hotel and their Staff and will always book here when in this area.
