It’s affordable and has a mini-kitchen which were the two things most important to me. Fitness Center has a functional trainer. Has everything you’d expect from an extended stay hotel. 2 burners, full sized fridge, microwave, pot, saucepan, utensils, spacious closets and dressers.

The carpet has a permanent dampness and sticky feel to it. I don’t know if it’s residue from soap or shampoo but walk around barefoot and your feet get sticky and you will want to wipe your feet off before getting in bed. Walk around in socks and little bits of fabric will attach to the floor. It was the same in the room my sister stayed in as well. The Queen bed is very noisy and the sofa bed was on its last legs. Tattered cushions, stains, the mattress was okay but the springs were some of the noisiest.

Bed was comfortable, nice bathroom set up. Very clean. Provided pots and pans and utensils, also plates, bowls cups and glasses. Had a dish washer and really nice electric stove top that worked great. Sufficient workout equipment in the weight room. Washers and dryers.

I would probably give it a 9 or 10 but the fact that it seemed like either the cops or an ambulance was there every other night was an issue for me.

I Love the staff and everything was excellent accept the toilet not working properly we had to keep plugging it but we did get offered another room but my husband said he fix the toilet so we stayed but the toilet needed to be properly fix plugging didn't work but we definitely enjoyed our peace and relaxed and we will continue being loyal customers.

It's so quiet clean such a cute kitheette with dishes pots pans coffee pot silverware everything you need cozy staff is absolutely wonderful free coffee downstairs sometimes snacks workout room laundry we love it we have been looking for a house for a year now been going to hotel to hotel this one is truly the best one yet I thank all of you we found our house will be moving in December 1st we apprecíate you guys .

The staff, the kitchenette and the location even though I still had to drive an hour to work everybody to McHenry Illinois wish it was one closer to McHenry. After doing a 12-16 hour shift at work, then driving to the hotel, I still have to eat, shower and get stuff ready for my next 12-16 hour shift I only get about 2-3 hours of sleep. Plus, the snow weather has me leaving extra early. Other than that I love the place. And oh yeah the prices are super reasonable for my stipend budget

I had to get my hotel keys swiped almost everyday.

They have the basic amenities as well as a small lobby by the entrance. They also have a couple of vending machines in the laundry room, which is convenient in case if you forgot to pack some food or if you’re craving a little snack and a drink. :)

Nothing bad to say here.

The kitchen in my room is very convenient as a traveling Essential Worker on contract away from home and having my 13 year old son with me. The staff are all very nice and respectful

The halls smelled a little but not enough to actually run you away and we were put in a handicap room so we didn't have a counter top in our bathroom for our personal things to sit on so they had to stay in our suite cases other than that everything is great. I'm here until February 28

Rooms were big enough for a family and Staffs were really good . Xavier & Jennifer were too good and very much helpful , we stayed almost 2 weeks and our stay was great .

Hall way was having some weird smell and stay need car for you to move around

The accommodations were convenient, clean, and comfortable. Friendly staff.

We requested and we’re staying in a non-smoking room. Outside, and directly in front of our main floor room, was a bench and ash tray for smokers. With our air conditioning unit running, smoke could be smelled inside our room. We would recommend moving the smoking location further away from such air conditioning units and the front entrance. A sign indicated no smoking within 15 feet of the entrance, however, several times when entering the building smoking was definitely detected.
