The front desk lady Divya , she is unprofessional. Need more training, their is long story but I really don’t like is when I come down to get change and standing at front desk she call me behind and said why you standing in front of desk, this is how you talk to your customers?

I liked the condition of the room and the resources provided. The bed was comfortable, the TV had the right channels to watch, and the bathroom was to the liking of my partner and I.

I did not like that even though the TV had Netflix, I was required to put in my account in order to use the service. I would have appreciated accessible drinking water in the hotel instead of getting water bottles from the nearby gas station.

The staff, especially Seema and the night front desk man whose name I can't remember, were especially helpful. They went out of their way to assist me.

Very clean room, good bed

Minimal choices for breakfast, eggs powdered and tasteless. No bagels restocked, no muffins restocked for atlease 1 hour.

when I found a hole in the bathroom door that was painted over as if it was acceptable to patrons and not informed that it was there (or any other issues I find in rooms)

The location was great! The gentleman who greeted me and checked me in was TOP NOTCH! He also recommended the restaurant across the street (The Assembly) for dinner and it was delicious! My room was very comfortable, clean and well appointed. Easy check in & check out.

The elevator was not working when I arrived. The included breakfast was a joke. All I had was a cup of coffee. No one was behind the desk upon checkout and when I dialed 0, the woman was NOT HELPFUL & NOT KIND! I asked for help with directions and she told me to Google it and that there were brochures in the doorway for me to use! I left ANGRY because she was not helpful at all, and basically rude and made me feel as if I was interrupting her and bothering her.

The property is a bit old but affordable and clean. The reason we are giving it a high rating is because of Pedro, the guy at the front desk. He is very accommodating and friendly. Thank you so much!

Breakfast is okay. The location is excellent, right next to I-90

Room is clean but the shower pressure could be better.
