Bed and bedding was comfortable. Atmosphere quiet and relaxing.

Didn't care for the whole room being hard flooring very cold at night getting outta bed and putting feet on cold floor, will be bringing slippers next time lol. Understand the reasoning for the flooring much easier for cleaning and maintaining so is a smart choice.

My jacuzzi room was a chick magnet.

Staff was rude and (more often than not) unavailable. I added a girl to my room after I had already paid and they made it such a goddamn hassle just to add her name and car to my room. Most of the time there was no staff, just an asshole talking to you on a screen and I couldn’t understand him (and her), and it was obviously mutual.

Everything. The room, the facility, the help provided, room service and all.

The mattresses are quite old and not good for back.

Location, parking was good.

The room had a noticeable smell of smoke upon entering, and the bed sheets appeared to have some stains. However, the room was otherwise clean, which was the only thing that provided some comfort. Definitely needs an update.

Sometimes guests are rude but definitely not hotels issue. The hotel takes care of any problems that occur fast and fairly.

The front desk was so well mannered & the housekeepers just did above & beyond… Made my stay terrific!!

Right in waiting on my deposit they told me they was gonna send to me back to my bank account.

It would have been quiet except that they were power washing when we arrived in the afternoon. First hotel I’ve ever been in where they have a cooler of frozen meals you can microwave. We didn’t do that We are at the Assembly American Bar and Grill Nextdoor that was outstanding. Very comfortable bed. Front desk also called us on the hotel phone to welcome us and make sure we were happy with our room—another nice touch. Nice grassy area for dog

Beds are comfortable, great location, accepts pets with no fees. Great Value
