The breakfast was very good and the area it is served in was super clean! The staff was very friendly and helpful. On our last day there, our granddaughter decided to stay the night with us and I told the desk person about it right away. There was absolutely no problem with that at all, he even asked if I needed anything to accommodate her. (I didn't). I do have to stay, these were probably the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. I'm a bit of an insomniac and I slept like a baby most of the night! Much longer than at home! The other thing was the close proximity of so many restaurants for dinner, from fast food to upper casual.

The only problem that I had was when I went to use the pool. First of all, the lights didn't automatically come on, I had to get the desk person to turn them on. When I asked if he could please raise the temperature in the pool, he told me that was the highest that they could maintain. I had a 12 year old that feels like she's a fish in there with me and I don't think we lasted an hour and she was asking to leave because the water was so cold. I'm used to it being slightly cold upon entry, but this was so cold, you could not get your body acclimated to it. That's really my only complaint!

Based on some reviews, I had some reservations about what to expect. I didn't experience any of the negative feedback. There must have been some upgrades made. Upon entering the lobby, it was very clean. The same is true for the hallway and hotel room. Unfortunately, I did not stay for the free breakfast. For the cost, I was pleasantly surprised at how well maintained the hotel and room we're. The beds were very comfortable. The sheets and towels are on the light side, but we're freshly clean. I'd stay again!

It was quiet, even on the weekend, I heard minimal noise.The beds were very comfy, and everything was tidy. Breakfast was basic, with many options to start my day. Staff was polite and informative.

The staff did very well, but they did struggle with keeping the small breakfast area clean and refilled. I know the facility is understaffed, and there was still plenty of options to choose from, food wise, and not all patrons are courteous enough to pick up after themselves.

We rented the King business deluxe room and were very pleased with how spacious and clean it was. Bed was comfortable, a/c worked great, bathroom was updated. Breakfast provided a good range of selections.

Price was a bit higher than nearby hotels but worth it.

Floor was damp throughout the whole room, bed was uncomfortable. But the staff was wonderful, it was very clean. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and the price was nice and affordable

Breakfast on the weekend days should go to 10 am. I would have like to split the payment of the room onto 2 credit cards1 card for me and 1 for my friend. But it was not allowed.

Friendly and polite staff. Easy check in. Room was really clean. Housekeepers were so friendly as well.
