The passes are great for the money, love the adventures pass for the whole family. The breakfast food deal is definitely worth the money. Swim park is always fun especially the lazy river

Our room was the end in town 1 and there were no elevators for town 1 only if you are inside the building. Our room was the very last one in the end with no elevator in site. Guests were smoking out last night and had to deal with weed smell

The room was really nice for the money spent ,clean and functional. I would choose your hotel for the closeness to great America ,alone .

Also even though it wasn't freezing the halls was cold after October 15th the heat in ill comes on , You should try to incorporate a hot tub or sauna and yes there is a lot to maintaining them but you need something for the adults, alcoholic beverages prices should be lowered to half the present sales price , good luck 🤞 we will come back for the rooms but nothing else

Was a great time especially the water park

Waterpark could have stayed open later! Didn’t like that we have to pay for our cars! We Are paying a lot to be there and to pay for our cars Was crazy! Not happy

The staff was very friendly, and the check- in process was fast. The place was beautiful.

Our room had some items on the carpet that were left from the previous guests that my Grand daughter put in her mouth. The manager did take care of that as soon as we made him aware and was very apologetic.

Fun for family near Chicago. Nice, clean rooms. Kids loved water park. Large arcade, and other entertainment. Quick service pizza, burger place, restaurant, bar, Dunkin, Ben and Jerry's, mini Mart all conveniently on property.

This was our first visit to Great Wolf Lodge. We were very happy with our visit. Be prepared to spend money, just like everywhere else. Our boys 10 and 8, really enjoyed everything. Mommy and Daddy had fun too!

Very clean and well maintained

it’s catered, nearly exclusively, for very small children only. For example, there are 2 dance parties. My kids are 9 and 11. We attended the one at 9 rather than 7, thinking it would be more for older kids. Nope. The team putting it on treated it like aerobics for 3-year olds, yelling out dance moves (so you couldn’t even enjoy the music) instead of playing good music and just letting the families dance together. MISSED opportunity for fun. Wasn’t fun at all. We hurried to our room from the pool to change and make it to the dance party only to walk on past when we arrived, because it was so awful.

Clean, organized, welcoming and definitely entertaining for everyone

I was a really kind walk from the elevator but overall there wasn’t anything I disliked

A lot to offer for all ages of kids.

Well definitely eat off location. For better value. They need a DD on each floor. Food and drinks is very expensive. No cash. You have to use your phone for Q R codes.

Everything .. very friendly atmosphere,neat and tidy rooms had fun..great place for kids to enjoy their vacation and the water park was well maintained too..
