The breakfast was exceptional. I didn't try making the belgian waffles, but there were scrambled eggs and sausage available, bagels of different kinds, donuts of different kinds, something like a cream horn (I think) I didn't try everything but it was all good. The coffee was great, also. There was also orange juice and apple juice, but I didn't drink any.

Most people probably wouldn't care, and I was pretty exhausted myself. I asked about a restaurant and the desk clerk said "No, but there are plenty of local options" I had been in a very long traffic jam, and I was glad that she didn't go into great detail. So, she did a fine job, probably referencing the great breakfast in the morning.

I liked that there was a room available, and that your night manager was welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious. and clean; the bed was comfortable. The continental breakfast was decent, and I enjoyed having the option to make a waffle.

The bathroom toilet was not steady; it wasn't completely attached to the floor; it might need more silicone or to be reset. The location of the hotel is in a busy area, but I would not feel comfortable walking outside at night. I also feel that the hotel was overpriced at $219.

We had a wonderful stay here with our family of 5. Everything met our expectations from the staff to all the amenities. Very quiet place with all new furniture made it feel fresh and clean. I'll be returning in a few weeks and will definitely stay at this establishment in the near future. They were very accommodating any time we needed anything. Front desk staff went above and beyond to give us everything we asked for which was very nice. Thank you for the enjoyable stay!

No complaints at all. The 3rd party we used for a reservation, made a mistake and reserved a one bed which should have been two beds. Staff at front desk put us in a room with 2 beds without a problem. The room was very clean and spacious. The bathroom was also in good condition and clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Loved everything from check in to check out. The rooms very spacious and extremely clean. I'll give all the credit to the housekeepers for providing cleaning every day. Most hotels do not offer that so it was nice considering we had a family of 5 with us. Very nice staff and the breakfast was to my expectations . For a 2 star hotel this exceeded our expectations. Will return again in the future!

Came to visit family in the area. Nearby almost everything I was looking for. Shopping mall a few minutes away. This place deserves a better rating as I personally thought it was a very clean and a quiet environment. Laundry machine was available, hot breakfast served eggs and sausage, WiFi was fast, staff were extremely polite and helpful. Will return in the future when I visit Kenosha.

Easy check in / check out. Staff were polite, friendly & helpful. Room was modern, well-stocked with essentials.

When I returned to my room on the second day of my stay the key card locked me out of the room. Returned to the front desk where they rescanned my card to resolve the situation. Apologies were politely offered by the staff.

First time ever reviewing a hotel and I feel like it's worth it. Rooms were great, free breakfast top notch, but the shining star is definitely the staff. Most hotel experiences although not bad aren't too inviting either, everyone here was exceptionally nice and helpful.

I would say everything at the hotel was great and easy to navigate. Mattresses were new and so was the furniture so I can't complain about anything. Staff was always there to help any time we needed they even helped with bringing my bags to my room. Super welcoming. Will return the next time me and my family are in the area.

Breakfast was fine. Hot food was hot. There was a sufficient variety of food. It was served early enough that we could eat before having to leave for an early morning appointment. Thank you very much,

They were doing some work in the lobby when we arrived and the smell was so strong it almost made you sick. I felt very bad for the staff behind the desk who had to stay in there with the smell. I would suspect they got headaches from it..
