Love the thick white blankets and the size of the suite. Very clean! The red hide away sofa is great and much needed. Nice pool and fitness room The employees were very friendly.

No way to turn on any air vent in the toilet area of the bathroom suite. No lock on the sliding barn doors to the bathroom, so people didn't want to get dressed in there. There was 5 of us. No removable shower hose on shower to get a better clean for the day. I asked for it but didn't get it. I don't know why all showers don't have it.

The hotel was busy yet quiet, clean and very organized. The staff was very nice and friendly.

I was informed that I am not entitled to my Gold privileges since I made my booking through a third party. If I had not checked my bill at departure I would have been charged almost $200 over the booked rate. Not sure how the discrepancy took place but the manager at check out took it seriously and corrected it on the spot.

Very neat and clean. The pool area was stocked with plenty of towels and places to sit. The breakfast was the typical hotel food (I didn't have); however, there were 2 kinds of waffle batter (plain and vanilla). The room was a generous size, and the bathroom was big enough to allow 2 adults to get ready if need be.

The coffee offered was only light roast and very weak (I like a stronger coffee). The bed was just comfortable but not extraordinary. The $100 pet fee is expensive and would be justified if staying more than one night. This is based on the explanation by the director of sales stating that they bring in a company to clean the rugs and such to ensure that the next guest is guaranteed a clean room.

Some repairs need to be done within the bathroom area. Tiles gapping, shower and light fixture rusting.

The rooms,bathrooms,and lobby were clean.It was perfect.My family and I enjoyed ourselves. We will definitely book again.

The people in the pool were running,diving,and being super loud. They didn't try to respect the other guest in there. We left and went back to our room and came back at a later time.

The staff here were amazing. I brought my daughter to the area for a college dance team try-out. Due to several circumstances, she wasn't able to fully prepare before we left home. The staff were willing (and excited) to let her use their large meeting room. They had the table removed and chairs stacked in the corner for her. They were more accommodating than I expected. I appreciate that. They truly went above and beyond for us.
