The bed and bedding was very comfortable, the room was a great size, for what we needed it was good value for money. We both used he pool or fitness suite and they were decent enough.
The shower was so strong and the mode of water delivery was not changeable, it actually hurt! The TV was very limited and the coffee provided wasn't exactly generous (one portion of each unless we got room service daily)

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE CLEAN ROKMS
The restaurant closes too early they do not have microwaves ir refrigerators in the rooms. I can't believe you al charge extra to have those amenities. Also, breakfast is an extra charge when it NEVER used to be.

The luggage cart wheel was almost broken off when we arrived. Almost spilled all of our luggage on the pavement. Muscled it back in and used another cart. The broken was was removed later.

The location, clean, welcoming room, easy check in and checkout, quiet.
Because of the Harley rally the room rate at least doubled from what is normal. I could have a condo on the white beach in Florida for the same fee as Racine Wisconsin. It was definitely price gouging.

Every body was very friendly and nice! Place was very clean! The kids really enjoyed the pool! And breakfast was very delicious!
There's nothing I didn't like! Maybe because we had to come back home and our vacation had to come to the end!

The location was great.....changes in the lobby area are very nice, did not use any amenities, just the room......the heating and air conditioning was inconsistent, put on cool and still hot air was coming out.....The shower head is too large for the shower and the floor gets wet as the inside shower curtain is too short. Beds are very comfortable!

The shower curtains should be changed to have the magnets to keep the curtain against tub. Air conditioning didn’t work well in my room.

Advertised continental breakfast and they did not have it. Charged for breakfast buffet.

I believe that the staff was extremely accommodating! I traveled with my over 90 year old parents. The staff went out of there way to make the experience easy for them and myself. They gave them a room on the main floor and close to the lobby and gave myself a room near my folks. They also gave us an early check in to make it easier on us!! I can't say enough about our visit!!
The only thing I would have liked to have had differently would have had the bar/restaurant open early. Maybe around noon.
