Location was very convenient to what we were in town for. Bed was incredibly comfortable and room was in relatively good condition. Parking was very close to the room we stayed in. Staff was great and it was nice to stay at a place with a working ice machine and continental breakfast

Outside of building had overflowing garbage in cans and around it. Couple of rooms had piles of dirty towels sitting outside of them during our whole stay with no signs of every being cleaned up. No elevator so unfortunately had to carry our stuff up flight of stairs. Exhaust fan in bathroom was very loud and disruptive in middle of night when light had to be turned on,maybe a fan and light on separate switch would help. People in room above us must of had trouble sleeping cause they were up all night walking around. TV remote pairly worked, took forever to cycle through the channels to try and find something to watch. A light by door would be helpful instead of a light that turned on across the room

#1. The staff are stars! Super understanding & kind & good- humored. Jessica really took action on my requests -- & a few were rather odd ones! #2. The GOOD quality towels. Hanging space for clothes. Refreshing decor colors & patterns. #3. The Detail Counts: Just-right proportion of microwave & fridge in room. Cheerful breakfast area w/2 doorways -- 1 that leads to the lobby & the other leads to the rooms. I like how the breakfast area remains open all day / not closed off. More, but I'm out of time!

Good of you to ask! My #1 dislike is about the luggage cart --- yes, ONE. (hint) The ONE was truly dirty: that surface needs hairs, fuzz, & grime removed throughout the day -- did not want to even put my items on that cart! #2 is the lack of coffee choices: the coffee is decent but no choices, like a dark roast option and/or other, seems standard these days. #3 TV remote itself, is SO small it's awkward to handle & even w/ glasses on, I cld not read it! #4 grateful that there was a 'non-white' bread option ( w/fiber, etc) @ breakfast, but I personally wld like to see 2 options be worked into your menu: - 'NO SUGAR' baked goods -sugar-free yogurt! Alot of us keep track of 'too much sugar' for health reasons! Thanks for listening!

Descent

My room was cleaned to the visible eyes but the beds, the room has two queen size beds, was nasty. Room 317, the first room that was given to us upon our arrival, had hair on the bed linens. The replacement room, which was 318, the top spreads on both beds had white stains on it, the toilet had urine on it, and the TV didn't work. I had to pay $225 and some change for two night stay. I didn't sleep comfortably because the bedding was nasty. So the building appeared to be descent until a person get ready for bed. To them the price might been cheap and they may feel you get what you bargain for. But no. I always get cheap hotels and none of them was as nasty as the rooms I received. Then one of the host asked if he can brush the hair off the bed. And I wanted more than just my deposit back.

The service was amazing and the people was friendly

The rooms wasn’t the best it was really cold even with the heat on the windows seemed as if they was open even though they was close.

Location was near all of the places we needed to shop. The staff were very helpful. Our first room had a broken TV so they let us switch rooms also we liked the larger refrigerator in the former room better because it was bigger they switched it out as well.

TV volume was really low and whoever was staying in the room above us had kids who run around loudly 1 night.

The location was great. There were so many shops/ restaurants nearby.

The shower tap was broken, but it worked. I wish they vacuumed room daily as carpets were getting messing.

Everything else was great and continental breakfast was much appreciated and great too!

Nothing every thing was exactly perfect!

I had a staff member go above and beyond to make my stay better. His name is David and he is a Superstar. He really knows what customer service is. I am a Veteran with a slight handicap. I spoke to him and he came up with solution that makes my stay really good not just tolerable.

The shower head was broken in room 307 and had been for quite sometime judging by the wall damage. Why didn't they fix it before renting the room?????.

The broken shower Head. Lighting in the room was poor. Very dim.
