Upon checking in the front desk staff was by far the most friendly and bubbly encounter. I loved that because it was uplifting after a long day and she set the tone for the stay. The bar restaurant area was super nice and inviting when you walked in. I was nervous my room was going to hear noise being it was on the first floor right next to lobby and elevators and I didn't hear a thing. The room was so spacious and had everything I could need. The complimentary breakfast was delicious.

Only downfall was the bathroom wasn't as clean as the rest of the room. Several random hairs found. The shower water wouldn't get super warm. It was fine because i was only here one night but just something to note. Also the coffee part of the breakfast was empty by 7am and I was on the go and looking forward to it.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was great and the employee working breakfast was really kind. The location was near lots of restarants. Our room was very clean.

I traveled with my children and I like to get up before them to get ready for the day. The bathroom door is frosted glass, so even with it closed, the bathroom light shined out through the door and right onto them while they were sleeping. We really would have like a regular door.

Facilities were very clean and pleasant and the staff was stellar.

The lighting in the half of the room by the beds was insufficient. With the location of the bathroom being right across from the beds and the bathroom door being a section of frosted glass, it was a very rude awakening each time someone went into the bathroom during the night and switched on the light because there was a glaring light coming through the door glass and it woke us to the bright light. It was brighter in the space than with the light on by the beds.

For me, everything exceeded my expectations. They were very welcoming, and very caring, specially with my child. I really like how big the rooms were, and the amenities were great as well.

I like everything and I dont have anything wrong to say, but as a recommendation I suggest to vary a little bit on the breakfast menu.

Rooms were clean, very inviting, spacious, and met our needs. This hotel was adjoining rooms which is perfect for families!! The pool is small but ok when there aren't many people. Breakfast was ok, but options changed daily. Staff were very kind and helpful, and the location was very safe and easily accessible.

We really enjoyed our stay, the hotel was clean and the staff was extremely friendly. Our room was located in the perfect spot for our toddler to get the best night’s sleep. We were very impressed with the breakfast, much better than any other hotel we’ve stayed at. Definitely plan on staying here again when we make a trip back to the area.

The only issues during our stay was the pool was closed. The staff kept us updated on if it would be opened or not.

Couldn't get the wifi to work. My son is handicap and loves his videos so this was a challenge lol you also can't connect anything to the TV. So the kids couldn't hookup their switch. Pools pretty small, only fits 1 family.

I liked how the building was designed and laid out. I also liked the kind and friendly attitude from the staff. The breakfast was also good.

I ran out of nose tissue and there were no extras in the room. Not a bad problem though.

This place is clean, well organized, and friendly. It’s in a quiet location. Also, the same staff is there from year to year. That’s says a lot about the management.

The beds are a little hard for us.
