The property was clean and I felt safe and it was easy access to restaurants and gas stations and dog friendly.

The sales manager was not the friendliest with me. But the third shift front desk worker was very nice. Did everything he could to make sure I could get booked a room so I didn’t have to sleep in my car.

The bed was kind of uncomfortable. Felt like a bar in the mattress crosswise right where my hip rested. Also most of the pillows contained feathers and I hate feather pillows. None of the pillows were firm. I brought my own pillows from home but I was just too tired that first night to go back out in the cold to get from my car. That was a mistake because all the pillows on both beds were as flat as could be and I didn’t sleep good. The next night and thereafter was much more comfortable with my own pillows. It was a comfortable place to live for a week. I only got breakfast on the first morning and it was ok but for me wasn’t worth getting up early enough to partake in it again. The place was very clean and staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay again if I come up there again.

You have a SUPURB employee manning the breakfast station. Koodoos to her. The breakfast experience was so nice due to the fact that kept everything fresh, refilled and clean!!. Plus she had a nice personality Never stopped working the whole time!!!

You are not going to believe my response, but all the same pictures all over was a huge turnoff. Have the local schools have an art contest with the insert size stipulated so you can just switch out the leaves and reuse the frames. Nature or abstract, but not people. I'd even come back and replace those leaves in exchange for free nights. Talk to the schools and get them on board. You can have a grand unveiling.

The room was way more than I expected. I got the king suite but didn't realize before getting there it was like a small apartment.

My husband woke up before me so he went down and wanted to bring me breakfast. He obviously couldn't carry breakfast for 2 up to the 3rd floor in one trip so he brought me mine then went back to get his. He only grabbed what we would eat. A bowl of eggs each, 1 biscuit with gravy and 1 sausage each and the attendant stopped him and told him he's already been there. I get it a lot of people want to eat but when you watch someone take enough food for 1 person then come and get the same thing for 1 more I don't think you should be telling them they've had enough especially after being told my wife is upstairs and I got her breakfast to.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean, the towels were good. Everything worked. The coffee was excellent (in the lobby), the bed was comfortable. WiFi easy to access and worked fine.

The breakfast was adequate but not exceptional but good enough. The furniture and although clean and in repair seemed low quality, and the art was terrible, pictures of palm trees and starfish, why not pictures of Kenosha, lake Michigan something uplifting. It looked like you need a good designer, at least to get interesting photos or art. It looks like you dont care.

Smooth check-in, friendly staff, clean, quiet room. Great spot for an overnight en route from one state to another. Good breakfast. Quiet.

Slightly watery oatmeal, but everything else was good. The television in the breakfast room was set on Spectrum News, a station designed to sell Spectrum services. That was a bit unappealing. Check-out did not provide an invoice by saying that it had to come from my third-party booking agency. I expect a printed folio showing a zero balance when I leave any hotel. I have yet to see the Booking.com copy of a receipt. Sounds as though some process between parties needs attention.

Check in was friendly and efficient. The room was very clean. However, we didn't notice the absence of a shower curtain until we got up in the morning. Desk staff provided us with extra towels to put on the bathroom floor to catch the over spray and that worked OK. The curtain rod was not attached to the wall either. Ventilation worked well. We were at the end of a hallway and therefore close to the access road and there was a bit of noise from that. It was indeed an excellent breakfast buffet with a very friendly hostess.

The serve at breakfast was excellent. She continued working to keep the area clean and the food hot, I would love to have her as an employee.

It wasn't be kept up with maintenance. Very expensive for what we got. Didn't give fresh towels or clean rooms but every 3 days Ice machine for entire hotel is on first floor and we ran out of ice. When we arrived the front desk receptionist was very sharp and crisp

Spacious room, good lighting, very nice firm beds, good shower pressure w/hot water quickly, lots of outlets for electronics, and breakfast attendant did a nice job of keeping the area clean/stocked.

We could not get the thermostat to lower the room temperature. It was 78 degrees in our room, turned it down to 68, no change all night. We turned the fan on which did circulate the air which helped. Told the desk when we checked out in the morning.

It was alright. Location was fine. Staff was OK, I asked for toilet paper and instead of bringing it to my room I had to ask again at the front desk later.

The breakfast was mediocre at best. The room needs to be cleaned better, my bathroom smelled like pot, and then there was the night the fire alarms were going off and we had to evacuate. The staff didn't communicate with anyone or tell us what was going on. We all just went outside
