We made our own breakfast in the kitchenette and everything we needed was there-a refrigerator, a sink dishwasher, bowls spoons (but not tablespoons) knives, i don't think there was a corkscrew) People were friendly and helpful.

I thought we had specified when we scheduled that we were allergic to the air freshener but it wasn't on the reservation. However Maria who was manager at night aired out the room and it was perfect.

There was no breakfast. The room was spacious and laid out nicely. The bed was comfortable, the TVs were easy to program (we brought in our own ROKU which worked great. The pots, pans silverware, glasses plates were fine. Location was good with good transportation to all of Kenosha through I94, W50 and 158. Some nice restaurants nearby and shopping. Wireless worked fine and was fast. The fitness center was clean and adequate.

nothing major, There were no expectations for coffee or breakfast since there was a kitchenette in the room. Could have had some more doses of detergent for the dishwasher and some filters for the coffee pot would have been nice but not essential

Roomy room. Very clean well equipped kitchen comfortable bed. My wife is allergic and brought her own bed linens. They accommodated by not using air fresher.

The people at the front desk not particularly friendly but housekeeping was. The towels could be better

Front desk staff was amazing!! (Alannah and Madison) The rooms were super clean, location was great! Nice to have the small kitchen area since we had a 3+ night stay.

Would love to had the breakfast option or a pool but we did know this with booking.

the room looked bigger online than it did in person but it was still a very nice and comfortable room

smelled like food as soon as you enter the room and some hallways smelled like cigarette smoke

The room was great. It supplied us with everything we needed. Staff was very helpful. They supplied us with what every we needed quickly.

Bathroom had hair on the floor when we arrived. Shower was luke warm every time. Room smelled bad. Windows were very dirty.

Pretty clean. Pets were welcome for a small fee! They put us on the first floor close to an end exit which was great since our dogs are skittish! Wish they had a pool, usually for the price there are more amenities. But can't complain when our pets were welcome!

A little spendy for so few amenities. Kind of a smell, but again pet friendly tops all for us at the moment!
